Are there any Navy Patent leather Js made in lows? Then you could sole swap to the golf J sole. But if thats the case, Id swap to a different sole that is golf specific. That's the only way you're gonna get the actual patent leather.

 

You could have someone custom paint the navy in high gloss, but it still won't be patent leather.

 

I suppose you could do a FULL custom build from the ground up. Where they actually cut and stitch up the materials you want. But thats a hefty price to pay for some custom lows. Is that what you were asking about?

Yeah you pretty much answered my question if whether a custom shop could even do it or not. Sounds like it doesn’t make sense. Thanks!

There is an AJ1 low (not OG) patent leather shoe coming out next week:

 

Patent leather is somewhat rare for AJ1 lows, but there's one coming out next week that would make for an interesting custom.  It's modelled after the AJ11 Concord.  A sole swap with the AJ1 low OG Golf Wolf Grey would match the sole color. 

 

The alternative is just getting the Navy highs and finding someone who can do the conversion to the lows.  You definitely need a pro customizer to do this or it'll look like trash.

I had Solehaunt do a few sole swaps for me. They came out great. 
leaderboard customs is on this forum and does custom paint jobs. 
Lucia footwear is another one that does painted customs. I had a few pairs done by him. Pics below.

Just received my navy 1 lows and they are the perfect color way to me! Stylish and nice contrast with enough white to pop on the course, but should be easy to keep clean (navy outer soles). Fit is consistent with my wolf greys (1/2 size down), but I can see myself wearing these more often on & off the course.

I have the High Midnights Navys…I’m wondering if any of the custom guys can actually do a good conversion into a low top using the Highs that I have.
