Looks great. Is the AZ mocha finish Torched or an application?

 

I've contacted Lamont very recently and hope to have a Hot Rod started really soon. As always, his work just really stands out to me. Handmade pieces that you can tell were made by a true craftsman.

Az Mocha is a chemical application with easy maintenance as well. Wipe it will a silicone rag after use and it will always look new. I’m going to let it patina naturally, I love that look.

Another one on the way for me...a tri sole hot rod. I believe this is the first of the kind he has ever made.  Havnt seen a hot rod in general made in a while from Lamont.

This is really cool and is a good idea. Can you “just barely see” the dots on the face at address for ball framing purposes?

It was purely cosmetic at the time. I was and still am so happy with how it came out. One of a kind truly.

This is my remaining Mann and the only flow neck I have.  It has the TT fluted shaft and the combo makes for an excellent feeling and rolling putter.

It’s my favorite milling, puts a great roll on the ball and feels great too

 Thanks!  So “wave-treated” is the official description?  I like it, would go with a surfing-themed HC.

Thanks. This is a one off version of his "hot rod". 3 pieces...Welded together.  It's a pretty rare way to build a club IMO. Thats why I asked Lamont if he would.

Exactly. He welds the flange to the face. Blends the sole but leaves the weld lines where the bumpers meet the face! It's just a bit different.

Lamont really makes a nice Anser/Dale Head shape. Wish I never sold mine should have just lopped the neck off and put one I like on.

Really nice sticks. I don't understand why 2ndswing post them for so much money. That blade for $1000 is more than a custom from Lamont.

The "Lefty Tax" we have to pay for anything nice or cause 2nd Swing is slapping Tour/LE on everything.
