The MLB and "Pizza Boy" bit today was awesome.

 

I can't picture the Nick Faldo on tour being the same Nick Faldo working golf tournaments. Two different people.

But NF doesn't sound to be in a friendly relationship with the announcer..forgot his name.. but there were some awkward and tense moments between the two.

Good to hear Faldo get some props on here. A lot of guys my age grew up idolizing him. He was force for sure, and I totally agree it's been fun to get to "know him" better through his work in the booth.

Faldo is good at his job; I enjoy his commentary. He's insightful, credible, self-deprecating/can laugh at himself, has a dry wit, and does his homework. Hard to believe he's the same guy who walked the fairways as an overgrown Hogan-type assassin as a player.

Faldo is the best talking head in golf who backs it up w/ the best career to speak from. He talks inside the ropes and game more candidly than most and is usually spot on in his assessments. Refreshing, especially after high dosage of Nantz.

I certainly don’t think he is disrespecting anyone. Where you mad at Arnold Palmer because he didn’t dress like Old Tom Morris?!? Like every generation has their style.
