He is indeed, which is why I wasn't too sure. According to a picture posted by @theboypinoy, it's a ZX5.

Obviously, this means I have to go and try it today in the local shop😁

Yup, I’m thinking this is testing phase. Brooks was crap with driver last year so why not try something unconventional. Srixon makes great irons. If there were Cleveland wedges in the bag I’d be inclined to believe signing with Srixon is happening.

Good for BK giving srixon a try. Driver is money, playability over distance  doesn’t sell at Golf Galaxy or Edwin Watts but a few fellas on your know exactly just how valuable a driver that can be relied on is. All the best to BK and hoping we see some more srixon love in there.

His GF (Jena) posted a photo of his bag and other luggage before he left Florida and he had the JPX 921 Tour in the bag then so may just be testing the Srixon sticks

Looks like the vokeys still in the bag though.  And I was in golf galaxy on Sunday and they had the 7's and 5's on the wall.  I couldn't believe it.

I think is def is for us golf nerds, but they need to be on commercials to make sales really pop.

I always find it funny when people act like Srixon is junk.  It's infinitely superior to anything readily available in the US.  Just my opinion of course but I have played everything and it's still my preferred brand for irons.

I reached out to some friends in the know. Mizuno has lost both Brooks and Snedeker (irons)didnt know he was playing mizuno.., but they picked up Jason Day. It is looking very likely that Brooks signed a contract. The mizuno irons in the bag are just for verification that the new irons are matching flight windows etc.. There for transition..

Well,, Kinda same same.. We will see. This is coming from the losing side so it could be sour grapes. But, I have always felt the love for these "free agents" was misplaced. They (mostly) are or were not doing it for free... These guys will all sign contracts if the can...
