Not really, but I was wondering what he does there. Seems like he tries to find balance, or a relaxed grip, but definitely a unique PSR. 

Not the slowest guy, and taking into consideration the overall pressure and stakes, I give them a little slack. Sticking to it seems to work for most guys, so...

I dont think anyone is going to complain about pre shot routines. Its when plays havent reviewed their postion and yardage before it is their turn when possible. Dont need to wait until its your turn to look at your yardage book and discuss with your caddie unless you are not able to reach your ball, while waiting on others to hit.

And for the record, Horschel isn't a slow player and has been outspoken for years advocating for faster play and real consequences for slow play on Tour.

to be fair, that was 8 looks and occurred after a gazillion turns before he wiped his hands...

I love Doug sanders but playing with him wouldve been maddening...

No. No you are not. I don't think I could play with someone who does that. It's almost like he is scared to touch the club with his right hand, like it's a hot poker or something.

You don't like playing with quirky guys?   Watching a weird pre-shot routine amuses me and actually helps me to relax. 

I chuckle to myself and it removes tension.   

 

It's kind of like watching the show Hoarders.  I watch it and think to myself, "I may have some strange tendencies in life but I am not that screwed up."   You end up feeling pretty good about yourself.

I play with a guy who takes up to 10 waggles and half swings. I’ve learned to not watch him. He’s a rookie compared to this guy.

This is almost unreal. 

 

Trevino was always the one to dish out the psy-ops, but he had his table turned here. 

"And there's Lee Trevino. Started 8 under... now 2 under... Unhappy time."

He probably wins if he's paired with anyone else. 

The poor announcer - he aged 25 years from the beginning of the video to the end. I think he was dozing off at one point on the final hole.

I found myself rooting against Sanders while watching this... to the point where I was hoping the putter was going to land on his head. Who else thinks this was a Freudian slip by Nicklaus?
