Read this OP and saw 9 pages or replies and was terrified.  I immediately starting thinking 'Oh no, am I the moron for thinking this guy is a full blown Karen?'  Then I kept reading.  I have never been more proud of GolfWRX.  Thank you boys, for restoring my faith in humanity.

I cannot believe that this thread is still going. Leaving a tee next to the ball is, I thought, a pretty well known way of gently informing the golfer behind you that they hit into you, and to please be careful next time. It's wild that anyone would see that tee and think anything other than "oops, my bad."

I think what is wild is I don't think this is a troll account.  OP made a recent comment of value in another thread about random partners.   Unless he forgot to change logins of course...

It would be difficult for them to move your ball if it’s not up by them.

It would be difficult for them to move your ball if it’s not up by them.  

It must be nice for you, never having to worry about it. I hope during your studies there is a subsection about situational awareness. A polite message indicating that when you can't see the tee box through those thick goggles of yours, they can't see you either.

This has been mentioned by others, but... You waited 10+ minutes on the box, but you think you couldn't make a 500 yard round trip to check in less time than that? What kind of carts does your course use, Fred Flintstone footmobiles?

You must be drink cart guy. 9 deep through 4 holes and driving on the tee boxes. We don't allow cargo shorts and Budweiser t-shirts on our golf course so... I know this blows you away... For the 15th time, you cannot drive anywhere in the rough around the tee box. Period. There is not an exception.

Did you forget that when you sit 300 yards down the fairway, the group behind arrives at the box as well? Perhaps I can carry a stop sign in my bag to place on the path while I take my tour of the golf course. Or perhaps I can be the genius that brings his drone with him and flys it down the fairway. Safety first!
