From word of mouth anecdotes to testing done by other forums, think P790 UDI is as likely as anything to give you what you're after.

Is that the new model? I had a 790 prior a year ago an it was hot but anything off middle was bad so i sold it, im a +1 but my ballstriking is not consistent

Looking for a super hot driving iron, playing callaway UT now which is great, tried several others but Im hoping someone knows of the last few years some of the hottest longest heads purely distance off the tee and not too hard to hit?? Thanks!

From the description of what you are looking for I think your best bet would be a late night infomercial! They have exactly the longest, hottest and easiest clubs to hit 😂😂😂

+1 for the P790, but the 2019 verison. I find it easier to hit than the 21' version

If you dont mind em with a little junk in the trunk, look at the G425 crossover.  Everything I've read/seen claims very forgiving and goes forever.  No first hand experience though.

In all seriousness, hit a Rogue X 4i. 18* with crazy ball speed and spin under 3k. Never hit an “iron” longer than this one.

790 UDI from 2021 has been the hottest I've played. But like you said, not forgiving. Heard good things about the forgiveness of Titleist U510 though

I'm playing the U500 and it's not as forgiving as the 510 but still enough for me. Also is pretty hot off the face IMO when you square one up.

I have the new Srixon utility but keep eyeing the sim Udi.

What are your thoughts on the srixon? thinking about putting one in the bag but never hit it (kind of be a shot in the dark but I've heard good things).

Currently play the U500 but looking to change from a 3i to a 2i.

Seconded on the PXG 0311X. I play a one iron and the thing is a utility rocket. It honestly feels like it should be illegal.

It performs great. Just sound is a little off to me

I threw some lead tape on the back of my Srixon 2 iron and it got rid of the tingy sound it used to make. Thing is a bomber

I play the sub70 699u pro at 17*... Looks good at address and has a nice feel and pretty easy to hit for a cheap price... Does Wilson sell a 16* utility? Or is it only available to Gary Woodland?

I would suggest trying out the Tour Edge Exotics C722 Ti-Utility. That face has some really good ball speed on and off center. The Mizuno Pro might not be the longest but when you miss the center the distance loss is pretty minimal.

If you're willing to forgo the number on the bottom, the Hot Metal Pro 4i is 19 degrees (effectively a 2i), super forgiving, low offset, low spin, and hot as all giddyup. My buddy plays it as a 2i, with a HMP 5i (22*) replacing his Miura 3i.

I demo'd several (Srixon zx, callaway ut, p790, g425) and the srixon came in second to the Callaway UT I bought I am just finding that the Callaway is super hot dead center but kind of like the TaylorMade outside of that it's not very forgiving. I was avg. 235 srixon very consistently up to 245, the callaway was 245 avg long ones got 260 270 just less forgiving

Have yet to try the callaway as the ZX is as hot as I need. 255-260 average carry and 270-275 if I give it everything I have. I do love the look the callaway...wish their tour only head was available for the masses. That thing is pretty!

Interesting I may have to try that. It is a great 2 iron.

Haven't swing weighted mine but with the amount of lead tape I have on it, she feels like a mini axe...sounds so much better!
