Can’t believe they’re playing this at Pelican. I used to play it when it was Belleview Biltmore up to about 5-6 years ago, which was a public course that was never in very good condition.  I was told the routing of the holes is very similar but the old course was really short. Are they lengthening it or playing tees for other holes as the tees for the holes they’re playing just to lengthen the course and since they’re only playing 12 holes?

I am aware of the cause.   We donated too.  Still, I never play anything short of 18 holes.  Tiger gets pooped now-a-days.  Just pray, the bulk of the funds gets to the people in need, as opposed to lining the pockets of lazy azz administrators in between.

I'm guessing it was a network decision.  Keep it short enough to maintain interest for the non golfers who will drive viewership.
