What driver are you gaming for the 23' season?

After 10 shots on the range this morning, I am leaving my Ping G400 Max for the Ping G430 Max with Oban Revenge 03 55g shaft.

 

The G430 was better in every way; distance, sound, feel, trajectory and accuracy.

It's worth it, believe me. I went back to the G400 Max after two other drivers. Had store credit and snagged the G430 Max yesterday. After 10 balls on the range this morning, it's in the bag. better feel, accuracy, sound (waaaay better) and distance. You're welcome. 🙂

Went from sim2 with ad di 6s to rogue TD LS with av white this year. One month later I am now gaming the stealth 2 plus with ventus blue tr 6s. Wife not too happy but she got over it. She knows who she married. 
 

wanted to add that I tried out all the new drivers including the stealth 2 plus and ended up with the rogue but once I tried the stealth 2 with the ventus TR i knew I had to switch. Settings are front weight on fade, 9 degree set down 1 so like 8.5 or 8.25 with a mid size grip. I have small hands but for some reason this plus the settings has me hitting nice straight drives that are high and have nice roll. 🤷‍♂️

Fit for Paradym and 4 rounds in I am already benching it.  

Back to Epic Flash TD 10.5 with Tensei AV Blue 75 S at 45".  That and Tsi3 11 with Aldilia Rogue Max 75 X are in a dog fight.  Everything else is BST bound...

Bag is definitely set for 23'...April of 23' i mean.

Paradym TD with my Ventus Black 7x.  Third Callaway head I've had on this shaft.  It's probably been the single biggest difference-maker in my game the last several years. Just works....

Paradym TD paired with a UB 7X tipped an inch. Just as forgiving if not more than my 425 was with a little more distance and considerably better sound and feel.

G430 Max with a Ping tour 80 X just kicked out my TSR3 with Ventus blue TR. Although I have a Ping fitting next week to try different shafts. The ping tour is from my old G30 and it is still money

Saw this thread and chuckled.  Got back into golf last summer after a long hiatus.  Bought new irons, but will likely be gaming a TM R5N, 10.5, with the stock R shaft.  At some point, I'll be looking for something new, but I think this season is time to get new wedges, not a new driver.

 

I tend to think the best driver is the most predictable one.

As much as we want to perseverate on the idea that drivers have gotten a ton better over the years, I'm just not seeing it on the data, so I'm picking the head that has historically worked well for me and is a looker (in my humber opinion). Also around $300 cheaper...

G430 max.. x flex stock black shaft.. crazy good… lots of great drivers but this one for me… blew away everything else.
