I have had the MG2 and MG3's in the bag, can see these going straight into my bag. The MG3's were/are such a great feeling wedge and the standard grind was superb for me

I was going to say the same. Plus that almost flat leading edge..  yes please!

I could be wrong, but when the mg3's were released they looked raw, but the retail version were not.  I hope the mg4's are full raw!!!

I'm getting a Cleveland vibe and I'm not sure why. I like the look.

The 58 LB-08 looks really nice. Like the grind and the raw finish. 

 

Also love the TW grinds, wish they would release those in 54-58. Yeah I know you can bend them, but I don't want to lose 2 degrees of bounce and add offset.

Looks like these don't have the Raw face correct? That was the only thing I didn't like about the MG2 and MG3.

 

To me it should be either a full Raw head, or a full Steel head...one or the other.

 

Anyone know when these will be available?

If these don’t have Raw faces, they will be going straight into my bag ASAP!

 

If the faces are still Raw, I won’t be sprinting to the front of the line as quickly.

+1 on the no raw face. If whole club is raw I can maybe deal with it tho but prefer all satin

PGATSS release sheet says aug 8th. It’s probably going to be one of those releases where you can order it straight away but might not ship for a while. 
 

Looks like the whole head is raw. Would be a welcome surprise if they release them this way.

Yeah, that’s my thought on it also. Either the full head should be satin, or the full head should be Raw.

 

Loved the performance of the MG3’s, but couldn’t stand the look of the Raw faces.

 

And that sounds about right for the release date. I remember the release date for the MG3‘s was towards the end of the season as well unfortunately.

@TaylorMade Golf These look great! A nice evolution to an already great wedge. It would be lovely if the groove pattern in these pics is made available at retail and isn't just a tour thing, as it has been in years past.

Bend them one degree. Add 1 degree of lean in swing. Problem solved. 😄
