So funny, my wife and I were in Rome for the Ryder Cup and one night we had to stop near the Spanish Steps so she could get a tax refund form filled out at some store. I'm just standing there when I realize the crowds are gathering around and the Ryder Cup is sitting right on the steps as all the players filed down. Had no idea what all the guys with the big cameras were filming at the time, didnt think there was any way they'd have big equipment like that just for highlight clips.

If I'm being honest, between the ten different streaming apps I'm probably in the middle of watching 10-12 different shows right now. Definitely going to watch but this one isnt necessarily that high on the priority list.

The pga tour definitely has a cliquey feel to it. If you don’t agree with everything Tiger,Spieth, and JT stand for you’re out of the club.

Dan Rappaport - who seems to get *a lot* of run in this show - explained in the Ryder Cup episode that if you win a hole you go one up, if you lose a hole you go one down. Glad we got that covered.

 

I could take about 20 minutes of it. Too painful to re-live. 

 

Just a PSA though if you are thinking of going to a RC - dont. Its a miserable viewing experience.

That’s actually ridiculous.

I actually went to the Hazeltine Ryder Cup and loved it. Not a great course but a fantastic spectator experience

You're the one person I've ever heard say that. If you want to go and get hammered and just walk around partying all day - its fantastic.

 

If you want to watch actual golf - its miserable AF.
