They're still going strong since 2005 and haven't bought another set during that time.

I'm going to buy a different set this fall (likely 919t) but simply as a means to rejuvenate a little passion for the game, but I will likely end up reverting back to the Old Faithful's.

Mizuno MP53 5-PW w/ KBS Tour stiffs, plus a Vokey SM6 50*.

 

Not playing a heap of golf at the moment so will take my time finding a 54/58 SM6 combo before club championships kicks off in October.

 

You will LOVE them.

 

They are just what I needed...I sold a set of MP4s that I adored, but decided that I needed to go a bit more user friendly, having not spent a heap of time on course over the past 3-4 months.

 

And I had a 54/60 pair of SM6s arrive this past Thursday. I'm slightly amused by the grind combination that I've happened to obtain (50's F, 54's M and 60's L)...but had a range hit today and they feel very nice.

 

Round 1 of club champs is in 3 weeks time, so after a business trip next week I'll be hitting the course a few times dialling it all in.

Picked up a Mizuno BR-D2 Sunday bag. I plan on using it for trips to the range, par 3 rounds with the kids, and likely a few minimalist half-set rounds this fall.
