The MP30 was great in everyway. I wore the 7 and 9 iron out.

Playing the 2005 tm tp cbs again lately. Omg, even better than i remember. I was letting a buddy hit them, and they look about just about perfect sitting behind a ball. The sole is near bladelike and they are literally a hair larger than my mp-14s. Lofts are true too...pw is either 48 or 47.

First post. No mention of Cleveland TA3FF. Just picked up a mint set to replace my old TA3s. Nobody will ever convince me that there is a better feeling iron out there.

Mainly because I just won't listen. Lol

I still use a set of MP 30's, it's my second set, got them in excellent condition from a bloke who hadn't used them in 4 years and before that always had covers on them, only cost $199 AUD, kind of underrated among the throng of quality Mizuno offerings.

 

Some of my other Players CB sets I've loved over the years.

 

MacGregor Tourney VIP V Foil, again a set I picked up second hand, just a beautiful club.

 

Callaway X Tour 2005, played a lot of good golf with these.

 

King Cobra Grind irons, not 100% a players cavity but they were the first set I bought as a 13 year old, worked a paper route before school and at a Pizza shop a couple of nights per week to buy these, great memories.

In my opinion... Mp32 or 2013 x forged are the 2 best irons I’ve owned.

TM does not seem to be getting a lot of love right now and I get that. This is the first TM iron I have owned and I have owned a bunch of irons like many others here. If the P770 replaced the 718 CB or showed up as a Callaway, they would probably be talked about ad nauseum here. They are really the complete package and in more ways than not the best iron I have ever hit.
