Really? I can’t imagine twist face would help much given the smaller face (smaller twisted segments) and the use of the club off a tee and off the ground.

You’ll get roll and bulge on fairways. Twist face would be detrimental more than helpful.

To put your mind at ease about the clubs themselves:

 

You’ll see the fire orange on the top half of the staff bags (which really pops with the black lower half and white lettering), the club letter/number on the black head covers, shaft decals on stock. On the drivers, subtle single piping and minimal color fill on the sole of the drivers, but outside of that small stripe you won’t notice anything but black/gray on the club itself.

 

If anything, you may be surprised about the light gray carbon on the majority of the M5 driver sole which is certainly a new look.

Interesting. Their version of jailbreak but it's horizontal rather than vertical.

 

Would seem to indicate that energy transfer will be greater by reinforcing face to a point low in the sole...looks promising for those folks who miss low on the face.

Exactly the reason they haven't let many heads get away from HQ. Could you imagine what GOLFWRX would have done with leaked pictures of a driver with weights/screws on a driver face before TM could deliver the message themselves?

Callaway said the OG jailbreak helped reduce energy loss from the crown/sole staying more connected.

 

Would seem TM has tested the same but with horizontal emphasis. If this isn't all marketing hype then they have found increase in ballspeeds similar to what callaway got from jailbreak. They also would have seen, from testing, that the spring effect of the face is not lost with the new tech.

Maybe they've removed a good bit of titanium on the sole near the face and need horizontal bars for stability.?. The weights/ screws could be there strictly for marketing purposes to give a visual of the tech on the outside of the club - i.e. they could weld the bars to the face but they'd rather us see that a screw is needed to tie the parts together.

I’ve seen and got the info on new line. Very interesting!!!! But like with all things, there will be Some haters that don’t like it while others love it. I’m def curious to see if the new products can unseat my M3 With Tensei Orange and M4 Fwys. A whole new line up...... stay tuned. Sorry, can post pics guys.
