Yup gotta agree, I’m not a huge fan but there’s no denying he can win. Full props to OP, he was pretty down, iirc was it equipment change or swing change but I forget which I read.

I'm happy for Danny. He's friends with a colleague of mine and they play together at their club. When some drunk guys at Bethpage serenaded him with a chorus of Danny Boy, Danny had trouble to stop laughing and threw them a ball.

Willet has been playing pretty solid the last year. Since last November he has 2 wins and he finished t12 and t6 at the US Open and Open Championship. 2 years ago no one would've thought he'd be ranked higher than Golden Boy in 2019.

Willet played terrific golf for four days, made an amazing bogey yesterday to keep the pressure on Rahm and deserved his victory. We are pleased.

I think they use Danny to have a go at his brother, who really didn't help him.... But it's great seeing Danny doing really well again. Won some big events and a friggin major... Still got 10 years at the top
