proclubs is where all the tour guys Caddies , and friends dump their leftover tour issue stuff... a sort of legal fence if you will... Great place to shop...someone will pay that , just watch..

 

Taylor made would be smart to buy it quick and try to figure out who it came from ... thats why the serial is blacked out ..

 

curious why no + sign on the hosel.. makes me think its a retail head,, they dont say tour issue , so must not be. Meaning that one may have came out the back door , or a rep "dropped " it....

What if one of the other OEMs purchased the driver?? (titleist, callaway, ping) and are going to put it through their testing/performance breakdowns? see if their claims are legit??? THAT WOULD BE INTERESTING

Then Ebay would have had the auction listing showing as ENDED instead of SOLD. Ebay showing SOLD indicates/states that is was sold via the Ebay auction listing not outside of it.

Pro clubs takes in a lot of generally used Tour clubs from local players that sell them to them. I'm sure one of their staffers got one early for testing and decided to cash in instead of playing it. Taylormade I'm quite sure had that auction removed.

Ping buys up brand new stuff off ebay and other places all the time. To figure out where it came from and why it's being sold without every being used, figure out if it's been stolen, that kind of thing. If Taylormade saw this in time I'd put my money on them buying it. I'm sure counterfeiters would like to get their hands on something like this early as well.

You only have to look at ProClubs reputation on EBay to know that this was a legit sale, The only way TM would have been able to stop that Auction is to have Bought that Head, ProClubs business model as been the selling of Tour Issue Clubs That they’ve purchased off Tour Players, Caddies, Friends Of Players/Caddies etc, There is no way they would throw this contact under the bus, Looks Like a Rep as cashed in for some extra Cash this side of Xmas as for an embargo on pics, I don’t Think ProClubs have an account with TM to sell new clubs so would not have signed any contract. It is quite possible that This as been snagged by Another OEM for Testing etc.
