I ordered my NP2 right after the announcement, and it just came in to my clubs proshop today. First thing I checked was the stamping and paintfill... looked OK. I was a little annoyed at Titleist that it came 4 days late, but I'm happy now.

Just got my NP2 as well. Looks amazing and feels great. The top line is really nice. Anyone buying replacement weights? What about a replacement headcover? It seems ok, but I don't typically like something as busy as that headcover.

I have a white and black headcover in those that I use. Great headcover, no velcro and discreet.

I love the feel of my Newport, including the weight at 34". The 25 gram copper weights in these putters as pictured earlier in the thread must make that thing feel like swinging a hammer!

If you're looking for other Scotty cover options shoot me a message. I have a couple of nice options available.

Not at all. A friend thought the same thing until he tried mine out and surprised it didn't feel heavy with the 25g copper weights.

Haha! FOMO got me too. Still have a Fastback I’m not sure I want to sell or game ? and another NP2 coming the 23rd.

Gonna have to reach out to customer service. Second fastback I received has a gap between the shaft and neck. QC missed this one. The first once I received was perfect.

Is there a difference in toe hang in the T22 NP2 and 2018 Select NP2?? Can anyone confirm?

 

I was pushing all my putts right today, not sure if its toe hang related or due to the tiny pistol grip in my bear paw like hands.

In the same boat. I ordered probably within minutes of the pre order link going active on GGs website. Still says in process. Called last Friday after I didn’t get the shipping confirmation email I was expecting, and the lady on the phone couldn’t give me an estimated ship date. Probably going to call again tomorrow. Frustrating to say the least.

Got to hit some putts with a friend's Newport. Nicest non-Tour Cameron putter I have tried in years. I still prefer feel of MIl Spec and Ping Redwood slightly but can see these being great gamers.

how difficult was it to remove the stock weights? i've done it before with changing out the stock weights for the studio select line and those were easy to unscrew, but i have heard stories of having to put in some serious elbow grease to pry these out.

Here’s the NP head weight with 15 gram weights. I like my putters at 35” but I also like heavier head weights, so I ordered my Newport at 34” in order to get the 15 gram weights. Just now getting around to re-shafting it to make it longer.

Surprisingly easy. Didn't have to heat them up like past models and didn't notice any Loctite residue on there.

Yep mine did too! Shipped early AM east coast time. Should get here Friday. I can’t wait, definitely going to be gaming this putter.

Finally got my NP2 yesterday, I like everything about it. Shape is good, feel is great and looks just like the original versions. One of the better OTR's Scotty has ever done, it's still not as good looking as the buttonbacks though.

I love this putter, but I am not a fan of the grip at all. I really want to change it, but I am not going to....

The first thing I did was pull the original grip and throw a Super Stroke Pistol GTR Tour on it. I'm really liking it so far on the two trips to the putting green I've made, just need to get out on the course!

On a putter like this. I could never change the grip.. resale you know??
