New Cobra Driver Coming?

the Extreme is the best driver I have ever played, and I have a lot of drivers, so here's hoping the next one is better!

The MIM wedge in silver is a very nice looking wedge. I think the fairway wood is a little bit of a struggle for most good golfers because they are a bit upright. They won't be offering a Tour 3 wood in 2021, only the 5 wood. They will have the Big Tour 3 wood which I believe is 57.5*, but it would be nice to be able to flatten it to 57* or below if needed.

I was about to pull the trigger on a Speedzone Extreme to replace my Fly Z

I have a Speedzone demo in my bag and was playing with the shafts to see which one I was going to buy

Will now wait until the new ones come out

I love my Fly-Z enough to wait until next year.

I’m tall enough that I don’t need my woods flat, fortunately... I’ve definitely wanted to hit the big tour 3 as I want a secondary driver club more than a fairway wood...

 

ive actually never considered cobra wedges... i mentally excluded them and putters when I said all cobra! 
 

I might give them a run and go 13/14...

I love Cobra.  But wow, you take such a hit in resell. Has to be the largest of all the leading brands.

But they were coming out with a ridiculous amount of products in a cycle. Cobra is pretty straight forward with their products and pricing.

I would agree with you. Great however for someone looking for a deal on driver, iron or other wood.

Yeah, it’s definitely a brand that drops in value super quick.  Use to hold value better when they were aligned with Titleist.

It really is going to be the best driver next year in my opinion! I think it looks great, great shaft options, and it will be cheaper!

What kind of shaft offerings we talking about. Traded in for F9 w Atmos Black TS and SZ w Hzrdus Green the last 2 go-arounds so I’m dying to find out what comes no-upcharge!

I just ordered a ts2 driver and was really torn between that and the sz, when the pricing dropped.  I’ll be looking forward to seeing what the new cobra looks like...

The shaft options they had were the Motore X F1 and F3 as stock in the RAD and then they also have the Project X Hzrdous RDX to match the other colorway of the driver! Our rep said that there would be some other no upcharge options, but that is just what I was shown! both felt really smooth and hit well!

The real Motore X F1 and F3 were stock no upcharge?

Very likely the real shaft. Cobra offered the Atmos Tour Spec Black and Blue as a stock shaft with the F9. Motore X also retails at a lower price point than some of their other products like Ventus. No reason to think they wouldn't offer the aftermarket Motore X.

Yeah, I know the Motore X is less than a Ventus (i have both of these aftermarket shafts). The Motore X is still $275 MSRP. Would be happy if the new Cobra came with a real Motore X.

Real deal Motore X would be pretty pretty nice. It is a really good shaft.

It was definitely the Motore X F1/3 shafts! The F1 was stock in the normal RAD and then the F3 was stock in the Rad B (basically the Xtreme driver). Obviously, it might be like the Ventus in SIM Products where it is maybe not the "real deal" but I couldn't tell the difference between that one and the real Motore shafts! The shaft had that matte finish with the labels and the cool (in my opinion) colorways, so I have to believe it is the real deal!

Excited for the King Forged Tour irons if they release though. I love the slightly larger, but player profile. And, I couldn’t agree more on the SZ having a little too much spin. Amazing look/feel/setup/infinity, but that sucker spun way too much which prevented me from getting it. Felt like I would’ve needed Bryson’s 5.5* to drop the spin enough. Helped fit/encouraged many others to get it though when spin/launch were right.

As I’m sure most of us are aware, the Tour MIM irons were unveiled back in Jan 2020 but rumored to be delayed due to COVID, I wonder if this is the new upcoming players CB?

No pics yet.  Bryson will be testing it next week so hopefully he can see some sneak pics then.
