Am guessing someone at his level needs a manager-type...travel arrangements, hotels, food, home-cooked meals, etc. Might as well be mom : )

He made the same joke about Langer twice (maybe more), saying they were going to award (like the green jacket) a tweed jacket to the oldest player to make the cut and said (both times) that it'd have soup stains on it...because old people spill soup on themselves, I guess?

Sex wax is a brand of surfboard parafin like wax that goes on surfboard.  It is popular brand and is used all over.  Cali, Florida and other surfing spots.

He said the greens were so fast because they used bikini wax.  And again Jamaican pickpocket and I forgot body bags.  Tom Watson wrote a letter, but they'd have banned him anyway.  I never missed him at the Masters.

 

I followed him at a U.S. Senior Open and loved his swing.  Kind of enjoyed him for a long time, then I recall a Palm Springs tourney when he went on and on about coots for an afternoon and decided he'd lost "it".

Painful day for Phil. Hopefully it will lead him to a reappraisal.

 

Game improvement irons, 47+ inch drivers, calf-activated bombs, and a complete departure from his once syrupy smooth tempo is not the way forward. Watching him flail out of his shoes on irons shots now, not to mention the drivers, is getting hard to watch.

 

All my opinion, and I know he’s also been putting poorly, but I thinks it’s time for a return to vintage, Butch era Mickelson.
