G425 delivery times

I ordered first day of pre sale with Global Golf for an all stock 5 wood. Shipping is expected 2/16 but i tried to cancel my order a few days ago (it will be in stock tomorrow at a local store) and they said ping couldn't cancel since it was already boxed up. hoping a magically get a shipping notification tomorrow!

Ordered G425 driver and fairway with Tensei orange Raw this first day of pre- orders. I’m told they ship 2-18.

I ordered G425 irons (stock shafts) and a Max driver (custom shaft) on 1/05/21.  They arrived yesterday at my retailer; however, they can't be released to me until tomorrow (02.04/21) which is the national release date.

Ordered a PING G425 Max after a fitting on 1/25. Checked in today, and ETA is 2/16.

I checked with a dealer and was told 3-4 weeks for G425 irons and 10-12 weeks still for G410.

That 10-12 week timeline is outdated. I called up ping on Monday to ask and they told me you won’t get it before End of June. They are prioritizing g425 line which makes sense

Went by Dick's Sporting goods about an hour ago. The guy checked in the back, they will have all the G425 lineup out on the floor by noon tomorrow

Was looking at TGW, they are offering free next day air shipping for the G425 lineup.  Only club I saw on backorder was the Max 3 wood with Stiff Tensei Orange shaft.  It would be available 2/22.

 

I'm not using Dick's again.  I still don't have a shipping notification.

Just got tracking number email from Dick's.  Expected to arrive by end of day Saturday!!!

I ordered on 1/7 mine still has not shipped. Was told it is “in the production stage.”  I know oems are seeing a ton of business and are having a tough time with covid but it is frustrating to pre order and the people who just wander into their local shops will have it at least a week in advance of me.

Ordered mine custom on 1/12.  Told to expect it next week.  It's funny I have pre-ordered from TM and Cobra in the past and they always get the order to me a week before the general public release

To me that sounds strange,people who did not pre order are getting there clubs ahead of people who did pre order.

I ordered my 425 max on the 11th of January with the stock shaft cut down to 44 inches.Oh well at least it’s to cold to use it but ping  could have least sent a e mail saying there is a delay.

The big box stores get their orders first.  Same thing happened with the Oculus Rift and XBox One X.

I was at a little local shop today in Dallas that had them already.  Almost pulled the trigger on the LST 3 wood and might go back tomorrow and do it.

That's strange. They should have been out already. today was the in store launch. My GG had them out ready for sell.

I was reading somewhere about ping the other day... They were showing pics of office staff working on the line as they are swamped... They mentioned something about 3 or 4 cans fell of a ship on the way over... They claim they will have enough product to fill orders

Update- shipped today and is scheduled to arrive Tuesday.

My G425 irons had an initial ship date of Feb 22 but I got notification that they shipped today and should be here by the 10th.

Ordered the 22nd as well with upgraded shafts. Got shipped it out today and should be here tomorrow. I’m in NorCal btw

Ordered G425 irons on 1/11 and they arrived today with TT Elevate Tour shafts instead of the Elevate 95's on my order.
