Me, clearly. But finding lefties to try is half the battle. I know about 1/3 of that list isn't even available, so there is that as well.

Surprised to not see any of Edel’s offerings, but I don’t see anything from Artisan or some others, so I picked the CBX Full Face.  
 

My 56* is about as close to the 588 RTG that I played for so, so long.  It’s a versatile club that can be laid flat to get out of tight jams, but can easily handle a 90-100yd approach shot.  It’s a very simple point-and-shoot club.

Funny enough, I’m a lefty in everything except golf.  Reason?  My dad was right handed and wasn’t going to buy lefty clubs for me when I was a kid.  It worked out well because I got his old clubs when I graduated from my first junior set.

I'm right handed in everything but golf. 🤣 

 

I was a switch hitter in baseball and lefty is a stride and a half closer to first. I also feel more comfortable on that side of the ball from goofy foot skateboarding. 

 

Had I known it was 7% of the market, I might have switched. But when mom ordered my starter set from Sears, lefty was an option. When I went to upgrade my putter, I learned a lot that day.

I know the taylormade hitoe isn’t new this year and it’s been around but when I was fitted with them that club changed my game. Full face raw wedge and they feel amazing and look great. 100 yards and in smooth sailing. I bought the sm9 60 degree and I just couldn’t keep it in the bag.

Yeah...Edel all the way.  No love, except for literally everyone who has them.  Or at least was properly for for them.

As far as Artisan, the $300 price might be why the love is lacking.

 

I never heard of Edel, so I went to their website. They write "In our internal studies, testers showed a 44% increase in accuracy down range in distance and lateral dispersion combined.

80% of testers saw their best spin results with the weight somewhere other than center."

 

Internal studies. Hey, who wouldn't buy that?!? Especially that 44% number. The Edels are also expensive, starting at $200 before any shaft or grip upgrade.

The newest wedge I have is a Titleist SM8 60º with 4º of bounce. It's not that I'm a big Titleist guy or anything like that. When I bought it it was the only club I was familiar with that offered the 60/4 combo. The high loft/low bounce used to be pretty common in years past.

T22 here. Just switched to them from Vokeys. The feel is way better IMO, we'll see how they hold up as far as wear goes. But so far, I love them.

Sold my sm9... Sticking with t22.  Better feel. Better stock shaft.  Now with bounce and grind options.   And it's cheaper!!!

It's BLASPHEMY that the Edel SMS wedges aren't on the list.

They are the best wedges of 2022.

Based on the voting so far, it looks like the TM MG3’s are seriously underrated.
 

Excellent feel and control with these wedges, and feel like if I don’t get on the green with these, it’s 100% user error. Love the looks over the OG MG’s and MG2’s as well!

Picked up some SM9s this year to replace my old Mack Daddy Forged.  Been enjoying them.  Went to a PXG fitting at one of their locations and warmed up with their Sugar Daddy II wedges and wow.  What a great feeling wedge that was.  Wish it was a better price point.

I guess me.  Got a nice ding on my 54 from a rock at Cabot Cliffs last year.  Just took them back to the shop and Mike did his magic.  You can still see it... barely.  Didn't charge me a dime.

Ping is not known for their wedges but Forged Pros are super underrated imo. Yes, they're pricey but they feel great.
