wow. just wow. what a crazy bag. I have not seen a Matrix ozik shaft in a long time on tour. 

 

In my garage right now, I have Jack Nicklaus MacGregor  irons from the late 70s that have a very similar profile to those irons, esp the PW and AW with the very square sole and toe and also have 54/58 Vokey Spin Milled wedges. I could almost put together the same bag as RM!

Best bag on tour!  I think he's playing on his one time career earnings exemption so the pressure is on.  Using all of the stuff from his career that he played his best with.  Hope his back holds up and he gets back on track.

He has always basically been a free agent club ho. To me his set ups are always interesting. Those old Cally XR heads are some hot mammas very under rated. In fact if I ever get away from V=Steels those are one of the top heads on my list

Pretty sure those XRs are the ones he had the guys from a used club shop deliver to him at the 3M in 2021.  He had tweeted that he lost his and thought he might love them again.

The PW really doesn’t have a lot of offset, the way the top line goes into the hosel makes it look like more offset. The 902PD 9 & PW look a lot like some of the older Mizuno MB short irons. I have a set of PDs and it did take me a little time to get use to the look of the short irons…they are a very good playing iron, I’m very impressed with them.

I know Davis Love III uses them.

 

I don't think they are as high launch and soft as some think, I have the X100 Elevates in my longer irons and standard X100 in shorter and they just feel like a slightly livelier version to me that launches a touch higher. Almost like putting S300 vs X100 feel wise but slightly tighter and lighter than a S300. Like a better version of the DG Pro, less spinny.
