I thought they just launched a Great Big Bertha driver last fall that was throwback gray color. Maybe that’s already been a couple of years.

Thats the most offset I've ever seen in an iron, at least they are selling for a much more reasonable price range as I can't believe how much OP spent on the last years GBB irons, glad I used my money on the set that I have now. These new BB line up would make a great beginners set for sure.

lol is this a photoshop? Theres no way thats real. The offset gooseneck, the topline, the cavity....like...I understand SGI irons and all that but?

That’s not offset, that’s full on adjacent. Shoutout Callaway for finally giving us the combo 7i/gooseneck for the camper we’ve been clamoring for

Obviously these are targeted towards a very specific demographic of golfer and WRX is going to complain that these are awful yet Callaway has an iron model for every golfer.

That’s a ton of offset. Like the shaft and clubhead are in different zip codes. However, one thing I do like is what they’ve done in this release is the driver. One glaring miss for club designers has been a draw biased, lowlofted, forward cg driver. Since most slicers add tons of loft at impact which adds tons of spin. That was always a tough fit when I was in the business. Being able to lower spin and launch dramatically while adding draw biased is a big advantage.

The driver I do think has real potential. I feel like that’s been a bit of a miss in a lot of driver releases geared towards slicers over the years, interested to see how this one pans out

For some guys being able to set it up a 9 degree on the -1 D setting could be a game changer. I have a buddy I’ve already recommended this to him.

Paradym irons are VERY forgiving.  Not a lot of offset, not huge, and not draw biased.  I'm a higher handicap and love them.

I kind of hate the look of offset, but I still benefit from at least a little bit in my irons
