Epic / Paradym [paradigm shift] has a theme of "wow big changes here!"

 

Mavrik [maverick] / rogue has a theme of "badass lone ranger" to appeal to the non-traditionalists.

 

Every other name is purposely misspelled so since this is a Mavrik/Rogue year, the new name will be something like Insurrektion or Rebelz.

I'm currently sporting a Rogue ST Max LS that has that custom clean crown on it. I'd be looking at something new if they have a customs program available, I can get a clean crown, and it's got the normal weight port on it. I'm not a fan of sliding weights, either, they can make a gear junkie start twitching.

Any idea whether there will be any new offerings in terms of fairway woods? Callaway seems to have a pattern of a low-spin fairway wood with a slightly deeper face and then a higher-MOI fairway wood with a super shallow face. But with several competitors offering titanium woods now, I wondered if they might move in that direction for the lower-spin head? 

 

Also, will there be "Paradym Smoke" irons? I know new standard Apex irons are around the corner too, and it's a little hard for me to imagine where year two of discounted Paradym and Paradym X irons, then new Apex plus the existing Apex Pro, CB, MBs, plus SGI stuff like Big Bertha, would leave any room for a Paradym Smoke offering. Just sorta having a hard time imagining what the gap is they'd want that iron to fill.

Based on prior years, if Callaway changes the colorway of the driver and fairway woods to grey/black, the corresponding irons in the line will follow. 

 

I'm guessing that there is so much profit in drivers and woods, that Cally execs will be happy to unload the prior year blue/gold Paradym irons on CPO and other discount retailers.

The Paradyms are already on CPO and will keep dropping as the release comes into play. If you are someone willing to wait a bit can usually eventually score last years drivers for ~200 or less, depending on how long you want to wait.

Been playing both the TSR4 and Paradym S all year long.  I hit the TSR4 longer but the Paradym S is a lot easier to work the ball.  Both are excellent drivers!
