I hope they release those headcovers. Toulon always had a severe lack of nice headcovers.

I prefer the softer lines and compact nature of the Seattle to the Alcatraz. Although I prefer this milling and color.

The original Toulon covers were exceptionally well made. They get changed once they were under the Odyssey umbrella. Glad to see some resurgence of the covers. 

 

I would say an Austin is in my future. It would also be nice to have a First Run Toulon Golf Madison to go along with my OG Madison.

Just a few words from me.

 

I retired from a very fulfilling 7 year run at Callaway and Odyssey in July to return to working with 2 of my sons on Toulon Golf.  As part of my departure, we are now able to focus our full attention on building our Toulon business with full independence.  We are super excited about this!

 

What makes it even better is that we maintain a fantastic relationship with Callaway and Odyssey - which allows us access to things that most smaller boutique brands might not otherwise have. 

 

This will sometimes come to life in the form of a design or a collaboration of sorts.  Going forward you will see some very cool projects that we will work together on. 

 

Our new Alcatraz design is a perfect example.  This design is inspired by our original Toulon  Seattle design and the Odyssey Jailbird.  When you see it up close you’ll see parts of both.  In the end, we think we’ve created a very cool new product. More of these types of collaborations will come.

 

And going forward you will also see designs that are totally unique to us and to them.  

 

I know it can be sensational to speculate that our relationship with Callaway is somehow contentious but in fact it’s a wonderful relationship that I am sure will last for many years.

Always best to be your own boss. Sure quality will be better. 
 

Noticed the corporate color changed to a more lighter blue. 
 

Either way always eager to have great milled options in addition to Cameron at retail. Lots of custom options but a straight retail milling without crazy face inserts/grooves is harder to find than I’d like.

Created an account to thank Mr. Toulon for creating a clean, milled #7ch for the general public.  I can't wait to see the specs with weight, toe hang and grip options.  Only question is the face height seems a little high, but that may be just pictures.  Love the new color scheme.  Best of luck sir.

I could see an NYC being added to the collection, I'd love the H1 Las Vegas at some point, and as a cheesehead at some point I'm bound to buy a Madison.

I was gonna say, this milling will sound and feel softer. But I hate the look. Makes me think mass produced. (Which they are)
I dug the diamond milling even with a clicky sound.

These should be firmer than the diamond milling actually unless they changed face thickness but this will be more appealing.

Diamond milling was not "clicky" at all. Very soft feel.

Disappointed in the LV not having a flow neck. I like the modification to a straight top line, but not sure if I like it better than to original or not. Finish looks fantastic. Probably buying a Austin with site dot for sure.

Doubtful but I hope there are alignment aid options.  I’d buy a San Diego in a heartbeat if I could get it with a sight dot or top line.  I hate flange lines with a passion.  I had a Garage San Diego I had made that had a sight dot but ended up getting rid of it because I did not like the diamond milling.  This new skim milling is perfect but can’t do a flange line.

I like … several of these. Have never owned a Toulon putter. The Atlanta, NYC, Alcatraz caught my eye.
 

I always liked the Seattle and the Alcatraz looks great. The Atlanta shape is improved. Chocolate finish is cool. Will be interesting to see what they release and how they price them.

The more I look at these, the more I like them. I won't be paying a premium for the "first run" but when they do the general release, I will give them a hard look.
