I hear you. My left knee and left ankle are bad. My back? Ooof. I'm also noticing some pain from mid-knuckle of my index finger down into my thumb on my right hand. That one is just weird, but years of sports have not been good to my body.

Good luck with that. I tired that route for quite a while and it almost killed me.

 

Sober 10 years now but my joints hurt constantly. Bad motorcycle accident 5 years ago made things even worse. This CBD oil actually has a lot of promise but more studies are needed. I have a doctor friend I play with a lot and he’s very upbeat about it.

 

There’s just so many brands and zero regulation now. You Have no idea what you’re buying and ingesting. I was really looking for some personal recommendations from actual experience.

 

My sister is using Kannaway brand but that’s multi level marketing BS and I want no part of that.
