If you've searched for that unicorn 3-wood.

If you've sold that 3-wood.

If you've tried to buy that 3-wood back.

If you knew which location Costco balls could be purchased.

If you've read "bounce is your friend" and rolled your eyes.

If you've read an article and said FFS.

If you've commented on an article with a pseudonym.

If you've been excited for 6 weeks because you knew a club was going to be announced.

If you've had to tell your club pro that a club will be replacing a prior model.

If you firmly believe that your buddies don't know as much as this forum.

If you watched that Korean pro's swing at least 10 times in disbelief.

If you know more about hot melt and lead tape than you really should.

14 Pings. Blueprints are incredibly good. Fetch is the most underrated putter on the market. Don't @ me.

When your wife and her 81 year old dad are cleaning our her grandmother's house, and you're at the golf course :)

See post #776: http://www.golfwrx.c...n/page__st__750

Ha!

In fairness (to me) anyone even remotely familiar with that CF of a family (not her dad, he’s awesome, but aunts and cousins) would have stayed far, far away. Which she originally told me do when I asked if she needed my help. It was just a courtesy ask anyway, no way in hell I was going in there for any extended period of time. One aunt told her, and I quote, “you know, I have a medical condition, I have bad brain cells”. Which we all know is not possible because there’s no way that meathead even has a brain.

Well played BKN!

You have your WiTB as your post signature :swoon:

You have installed a $100+ shaft into a persimmon.

You know what Hot-Melt is

You disregard any shaft without an X or with a number lower than 80

Your not quite sure how old you son is, but you know how many wraps are under your left hand.

Your driver was cut short before it was cool #JimmyWalker #Respect

WiTB is too fluid, so here are some other less fickle facts:
Dog - Viszla
Child - 2 yrs Old
Wife - Hot

You've bought a club, sent it off for refinishing, and sold it without ever using it.

You own a "guest" or "travel" set of clubs that has never touched grass.

You have a different ball choice for each season.

You think about a different Monte video at least 3 times per range session.

You could make a a 14 club bag without any clubs between 20 and 45 degrees, without duplicating any lofts. Then you could justify why every club has a unique function in that setup.

Your children/wife have better clubs than your playing partners.

Your playing partners bags all have at least one club that used to be yours.

You own more drivers than the number of courses you played last year.

Check: Your children/wife have better clubs than your playing partners.

and Check: Your playing partners bags all have at least one club that used to be yours.

I bought a new 3 and 5 wood a couple of days ago. Texted my golfing buddy with the picture of my new sticks.

He says, "Why?".

I said, "I don't hit them high enough. I want a higher ball flight so I can maybe drop my 5 wood and carry just the new 3 wood on some courses and then put my 52 in the bag to bridge the gap between my GW and my 56. ".

He says, "You're out of control".

I said, "Ever hear of WRX?"

True story :taunt:

Note... I have done all of the following:

Bought clubs online while playing.

Had to set up an additional storage area to keep all of the empty boxes for clubs you've bought.

Have your wife accuse you of having an affair because of all the time you spend texting, but you're actually just posting here.

When you don't think there's anything wrong with many of the posts in this thread!

bought clubs online while playing.....this is my favorite on the thread. well done sir.

• 11 packages in the mailbox and you have no idea what's inside 'til open 'em.

• You feel like there always are more boxes than you ordered.

• Enter the backdoor of the local post office, calling the security guy's first name, to drop the oversized carton.

I just regripped my clubs to save a few bucks - so I might justify further 10x the monetary loss by checking out another driver.

You post the below about your new PXG irons because...of course....gawd awful expensive irons "will" hit the ball well every time vs. those pesky cheapo $1,000 sets. Then you describe a height "window" which nobody knows what you're talking about. Finally, after shelling out tons of dough, you justify the purchase by saying you need time to catch-up to the "hype" of over-priced irons.

"Finally got into a groove last night at the range. Didn’t have my Flightscope, but looked to be carrying further than normal and in a much higher window. The biggest thing for me was the consistency across the face. I missed a couple out on the toe and the 10yard penalty the MBs normally hand me wasn’t there. Still need time but I get the hype now."
