I'm surprised only 1 other person mentioned the "Artisan" serial # stamping on his new irons. Pretty certain TM had Artisan make this proto set for them since they have/know the exact specs TW likes in his irons and wedges. These look like exact models from the TGR/VR Pro/orig Nike forged blades he has preferred for so many years.

Awesome pics.

Is it possible that instead TRG or whatever was on his latest set that TM just engraved one of probably many, many sets of irons? I imagine TW has a stockpile of backup matching replicas to his old Nike irons.

Looks to me like TM bought the mold from Nike and machined a different logo. Maybe the top lines are a little more square from front to back (not heel to toe).

Molds are for castings, Dies are for forgings, hopefully they didn't buy molds from Nike.

Tough crowd .... and I stand corrected.

There looks to be a touch of difference in the heel side compared to the Reed 8 iron. If the two clubs aren't twins they are for sure siblings.

Great pictures!

But you gotta love people crapping their pants over these irons. They look great but they're at least a 95% match to the old VR Pros right down to the muscle shape, heel profile, grooves on the face, lack of offset, etc, etc. Like no one remembers what that set even looked like anymore let alone how great a set of irons they were!

Just noticing the hosel PR's 8 iron looks a little kinked out like it was bent a few degrees flat.

Lol.These are 7 yards longer due to the TM logo. No shame in copying the best. They were awesome irons. I'll never sell mine.

Impressed with how beat up his putter is. I couldn't stare down at that top line. Doesn't trust Scotty to make him a new one? haha

Tiger believes this putter is blessed

Tiger are hand made I don’t think Reeds are. More weight in TWs heads too

The most underrated shot of them all is the shot of those FRESH flower/tie dye pants in the first few pics.

Nice Taylormade Vr Pro Blades (Nothing wrong with playing something you're familiar with), I wonder what wedges they're gonna make for him...

I bet his new wedges will be forged...

Tiger doesn't like change, and he's never played forged wedges, so I doubt it.
