Blame my daughter for the Tommy Fleetwood collapse. He’s her favorite golfer, after saving par on 8 and after his tee shot on 9 he stopped to talk with my daughter and gave her a kiss. His score went sideways, her love of golf however is now in the stratosphere.

 

First of all, I’m happy for your daughter because what a wonderfully memory.

 

Second of all, how dare your daughter distract the UK-Jesus from his round of golf.

Kind of a funny story at the Honda last year.

 

I was grabbing a burger with our mechanic at the concession by 8 green and these two girls probably late 20s blonde, drop dead gorgeous, clearly not there for golf if you know what I mean (they each wore heels to the event...) anyways we started talking in line because they asked us which way to the bear trap and the kettle one tent? I think it’s kettle one the one on 17? Any-who since we knew where everything was and the players etc they decide to walk with us, we get to the junction of 9 tee, 3 green where players cross to go to 4 tee. Tommy walks by and one of the girls who that is, and I told her, Tommy Fleetwood that’ll be the next big euro I think, she goes, “oh...he a** is so good I’d tear that up” he turns around and just smiles and says, “thank you” and striped it off four tee.

I call him “Golfing Jesus” at home, so when he dunked it in the water on 8 she said I don’t know why everyone is so upset everyone knows Jesus can walk on water.

I don't know how someone can't be a fan of Rory. His game is bonkers and he is so down to earth and incredibly well spoken.
