Can’t watch now! Rip off. Just trying to follow TTracker.

Realistically what does he need todayto make it to the TC

What if (just making up some numbers here) someone else has 50 rounds at 63 or better but only 4 at 62 or better, while JT only has 25 rounds at 63 or better, despite having 7 at 62 or better? Or what if you use 61 or 60 as the cut off? Maybe one of the guys with 4 rounds at "62 or better" has nothing but 59s and 60s while all 7 of JT's "62 or better" rounds are 61s and 62s? On and on.

Or what if you don’t do any of that and just take note of it.

He hasn’t looked great so far today but looking like he is level through 5 holes and sitting with a 5 shot lead.

Realistically he has no chance now. Because he's playing like crap.

I don’t give a crap one way or another, but there are people here quoting that stat as proof positive that objectively—as a certain and for sure fact—JT has the best A game on tour. My point is that as far as stats go it’s pretty useless. At least without doing significantly more digging. And I personally have zero interest in doing that digging.

JT hit a few shockers yesterday but got away with them which seems remarkable in a round of 61 but he's hit a few today starting with his opening tee shot. The second shot on 10 was truly awful.

Could get interesting.

I agree. So few players bring their actual 'A' game....and I doubt many here would truly know it if they saw it anyway. I'd be more interested in who's got the best 'C' game. Because that's the one that likely shows up the majority of the time. The great ones are able to still make a score when they're actually fishing out there.

JT's irons yesterday were fabulous, every one of them just about ...

I guess running away with a few majors doesn't count for much....... yeah Rory's A is pretty stale in comparison

He looks stiff and uncomfortable over the ball....like he knows he's gonna miss. Of course, like anyone who plays golf knows, they'll be days when you can't miss....and he has those too. But he's no longer a consistently good putter. Combine that with a ho-hum wedge game, and you have what you see.

What I've seen has been far better than JT this year

Missed a lot of golf thru injury. Only played 83 PGA Tour events that includes a bunch of starts as an amateur.

For Justin Thomas that is tour win #10.

He will move up to #5 in the OWGR.

Ten wins and a major ties him with Justin Rose, Sergio Garcia and Steve Elkington among others.

Only four players in the last forty years have ten wins before turning 27: Thomas, Woods McIlroy and Spieth.

Matt Kuchar becomes the eighth player ever to win $50,000,000 on the PGA Tour.

I think you got ripped off with that opening. Same show, but this opening is "2000 Tiger".
