The G410 line was recently discounted again. Are we sure the new line will indeed come out in 2021 at the earliest? Seems like they are really trying to move stuff off the shelves!

Ping equipment has gotten so so good. Can’t wait for their next line. They absolutely hit a home run with the G400 MAX and LST. THE G410 Plus and LST also home runs. G400 MAX wow have y’all seen the resale prices on EBay? Still going well above $300 and it’s 3 years old.

Everything will be introduced at the PGA Show, and won't be available until February or March at the earliest.

No kidding. I regretted getting away from the Max. My driving accuracy has greatly suffered since. Fairway percentage down about 10% so I recently began searching for one on eBay. Was expecting to get one for $175 to $225. No way. Not happening. Paid $285 for a used head only and thought I got a steal. Crazy. Ping make the g400 max body with g410 adjustability and Callaway Mavrik sound and I'm set forever.

The G400 line was wildly successful for us. They're virtually impossible to find new unless you're willing to pay top dollar for it. We've had great success with the G410s, but we have over so many shafts we can fit into, it's easier for us to find something that works for a customer.

We're looking forward to January to see what PING does. I got to speak to their engineers last year at the PGA Show and asked them about their take on the releases. While they didn't bash the G410, they said the 400 was outstanding and one of the best they'd ever done. They kept it available as long as they could, but I hope whatever comes along is way better. I like mine, though it could be a little quieter. Other than that, I have zero complaints.

I don´t believe that Ping will release "everything" in January. Doesn't make sense and the products wouldn't get the attention they deserve if they release all of the new items at one time

Heard yesterday from the Ping rep that the new line of woods/hybrids will be available from 1 October here in Australia.......holding out until then to see what the new hybrids are like.

Yeah I still love my Max. Making it sound better is the only improvement. I'm hoping for a Max with a carbon crown next time around

Has Ping historically done a release in one market, but not others? Wondering why they would do an AU release without a similar release here in the States...

I think that it would likely be due to seasonal differences. For example, I believe that September is the first month of spring in Australia.

That said, I can't imagine they would release the new line in Australia ahead of launching it stateside. Sales of the current line-up would completely tank if the new clubs and details, etc were released that far in advance of becoming available in the other markets.

Has anyone heard of a new milled or vault 3.0 line coming out?

I tried ordering a vault 2.0 stealth B60 as a backup to my current gamer, but got word back they only make the copper version.

A little hot melt and it’s fixed. The sound of pretty much any driver can be muted with hot melt.

 

If there’s a new G series driver without turbulators or a messy crown, I’ll buy one.

Great advice, thank you. At this point thinking of selling it or giving it to my son. Chances are if it sounds anything like my voice me he won’t ever hear it.

Nothing definitive. The 2.0's are being removed from the line up (at least that was the plan). So it is assumed a 3.0 will be released, but they are placing so much on the Heppler line, I'm now not sure what they're going to do. So I bought a 2.0 Stealth Ketsch just in case.

This is a great point, but saving weight does seem to be everyone's priority in trying to get the tiniest performance improvements possible so we will see..

Thanks. I really hope they bring out something milled. I experimented with a Spider X looking for more forgiveness, and putted terribly. No distance control, no feel, missing easy putts.

Brought out the B60 TR and started draining almost everything and burning edges from medium to long distances.

Lesson learned, but looking forward to a new line from them. Really not a fan of the Heppler line.

I know Ping named the Heppler line to honor a long time employee, which is admirable.

Every time I hear it though, I think of a Winnie the Pooh character.
