Callaway pre-owned love

Man how good is that site? Incredibly fast shipping, good deals, speedy email confirmations (certificate of authenticity you can take it for what it's worth), not to mention the "like new" stuff is pretty much brand new...just really impressed overall made me a convert when I never thought I'd play callaway equipment. Awesome for my bag, not so much for my bank account.

I've spent SO MUCH money there, it's really the best golf gear website on the web. So easy to trade stuff in! $5 return labels...I mean. Can't beat it.

 

The customer service is top notch, no questions asked returns and etc. Crazy how good they are. Pretty much the reason why my bag is 99% Callaway lol

 

Not to mention the pricing and deals/coupons/etc.

LOL, thought it was going to be about older Callaway clubs.

 

Tried some newer Callaway and Ping iron options against my almost 10 year old Legacy Blacks. Nothing worth switching to, so I like that.

 

Of course, I now have a new Callaway driver, 3w, 5w and hybrid (Titleist), lol.

i picked up a 5-P "like new" set of black Apex 19's a month ago.  $750 and they showed up with heads wrapped in plastic.  Not sure why they are "like" new.  They look mint.  Took them to my local shop and the specs were right on as well.

Last week - SIM max 5 wood for $150.  This one has a little wear but i dont care for that price.

 

I hate CPO because it takes all my money.

A few years ago I purchased the XR16, 14* and 18* fairway woods. The description on both clubs was “like new”. They sent me two brand new clubs for the price of the “list price” of one of those clubs. Outstanding!

Agree with all above posters. I always do business with same rep. and even have his personal cell number to bypass customer service. Satisfaction guaranteed is true on this site.

Even the “average” clubs are usually pretty nice. I picked up an Epic Flash Sub Zero a few weeks back that was listed as average and it looked almost like new.

Just Like New....thats what Callaway said about my Toulon Portland... \and thats what I got...I love my putter and it was fast and easy to order the putter...I work in a golf shop and I know how good my rep for Callway is....same with Callaway Pre-Owned...Too bad I dont play Callaway irons..

I have not bought any Callaway clubs on there site but I've never been disappointed in there OTHER BRANDS . Always better than described.

I think they have a very good system that tracks what is in their inventory.  Site is constantly updated throughout the day.  I remember I was looking for an item and i kept checking throughout the day and I saw the available clubs change at least three times that day.  The way they label their items are totally spot on, maybe even better.  I have purchased "very good" that could be marketed as "like new" on the BST.

As great as the Callaway preowned website is many times the same club(s) you buy from their dedicated website are cheaper on Ebay with free shipping. When you find something you want to buy on their website check their Ebay store before purchasing. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Alway great deals and CS from CPO.

I've looked at TM's preowned site....their prices are terrible. Can't imagine that the CS is any good, either.

Agree they are top notch but prices do seem to be higher. I think that is the case with all used clubs right now though.

This is the club I got which was consider average. The shaft still had the tag on it. Here is the head, definitely not what I would consider to be “average”.  So much better than average.

I just thought of this experience I had with them that just shows how good they are. I bought a TS3 driver off there and when it arrived the sole weight was missing from in the head. I called them and told them about what happened. They told me that since it wasn’t a callaway club they don’t have any weights to give me. Instead they offered me $50 so I could buy an entire set of weights for the club. Amazing.

Ehhh lately the condition they state has been off. They claim “outlet” and they come with scratches all over the putter. I used to have some really good experiences with them back when I started playing golf, lately it’s been just ok. The deals are great, especially during Black Friday. Wish other manufactures had a site like they do.

When is the last time you actually looked at TM's preowned site? Asking because they haven't had a standalone preowned site for some time (early 2019). When TM did have a standalone preowned site it was run by Global Golf (since 2008). All of TM's preowned clubs are now sold through the main GlobalGolf website. And FWIW Global Golf has excellent customer service.

 I quit looking at it because their prices were stupid. And it was already run by GG last time I looked.
