Lululemon ABC classic warpstream

Curious if anyone has had/has these? Typically I use Peter Millar EB66 pants. However I’ve lost about 30 pounds over the last year and I really need to size down. Thinking about trying the Lululemon pants.

They're pretty great pants for on and off the course. Extremely flexible when needing to squat to mark a ball or pick-up something and pretty durable as well. Only thing is the price point that turns people off at about $130 a pant but if that doesn't bother you, definitely pick-up a few.

They're my go to. I think I have every color that is "reasonable" to get. I've had a few of the pairs for 5-6 years and they are still in great shape, so the price point stopped scaring me off.

How did you guys find the fit? Used to wear 34 in Nike stuff. 35 in PM(need to go down to 34).

@Tee1up4 if you're at all interested in a less expensive alternative, check out the All In Motion Golf Pants from Target. $40 / pair give or take. 

 

I have both the ABC's and the AIM ones from Target and they are almost exactly the same in every aspect.

About true to size. They offer complimentary tailoring on the length so you should definitely go in to try them on and have them adjust as necessary.

Go with the commission pants.  The pocket makes them look more sleek like slacks.  ABC have a jean type pocket.

Great, and I am great pair of pants.  Either the ABC or Commission, you can't go wrong.  I, personally, go with the commission because I can also wear it to work without looking super casual.  There's a lot of similar and copy cat pants but I would put my money on Lululemon pants over most.  Another great alternate would be the Rhone Commuter slim pants.  Similar price and quality as Lululemon but without the seam running across the back of the leg.

Great pants and shorts, but the sun will bleach out the color. The good news Lulu will replace, they consider it a defect. I have a revolving door of pants and shorts.

Love my Lulu ABC slim pants. They are pricey but some things are just worth the extra $.

Love lulu.....but I am to cheap....I bough 5 pairs of Targets complete knockoff pants and they lookd and feel almost identical to my lulus.  I bought 5 pairs at Target (all season) for $35 a pair 🙂

just picked up another pair of ABC pants.  Agreed that they are super comfortable and the best pants I have tried so far for golf.  Hope they last long term.

I've got Commission and ABC. Commission definitely look nicer and are more work appropriate for me, so they get more use. Sizing is true for me, and they offer free hemming which is great. You can even buy online and then go to the store to hem. They'll hem them at any time too, even if you've worn them a few times.

 

I do find the Commission's to be a little thicker than a lot of this type of pant. I've had no issues with it, but if you're the type that wears pants on warm sunny days then you might want to look at something else.

My sister got me turned onto Lulu - I'm not sure she has anything from anyone else in her closet these days. I've been very impressed with my pants from them so far. I own/manage a small restaurant chain and have a few pairs that I wear daily. This is not a gentle work environment, but after at least 100 wears per pair they still are in good shape with little wear or fading. Definitely a higher quality product than what I was using before. If the upfront cost doesn't make you balk I think they are 100% worth it.

Big ABC fan here.  I've tried all the imitators and, IMHO, none compare (ie fit me as well) except maybe Rhone Commuters, which are almost at the same price point.

I took in a pair of bleached out pants with me to ask what brand of dye they recommend to fix my pants. When the employee saw my pants she told me that the way my pants lost their color is not normal. She took them to the manager and boom new pants. Now when I notice the color change this takes months(less than a year) I take them back to the store. I have four colors and I wear them most days.

The 5 pocket jean look went out of style about 5 years ago.   Go with the Commissions.

Lulu abc are definitely the best pants I’ve found.  In response to the All in Motion line, they’re ok but the quality doesn’t come close and they start to smell very quickly.  Never had that problem with any of my lulus so I gave up on the all in motion.  Lulus are worth the price for me

Once you experience ABC technology (look it up) it will make every pair of pants in your closet irrelevant.  I have a few pairs of Commissions but I mainly wear ABC Classics.  They will change your life.  Really.

Love these slacks.  Have both warpstreme and commission in slim.   Warpsteme is more casual, but that’s OK for me at 62 and retired.

Wear mostly Lulu tops on the course but have found the all-in-motion brand from Target to make a damn good ABC pant knockoff. And for about 1/5th of the price. May be worth checking out.

Picked up a few pair of the ABC slim as well as the warpstream commission shorts. Wow! Love them. Super stylish, lightweight, stretchy and comfortable. Thanks for the help!

Anyone here that has/had both the abc warpstream and the commission warpstream shorts. Did you find you needed to size down 1 with the pants compared to the shorts?

Agreed. I have both ABCs and Commissions and find them a little thicker than others so in warm weather can run a bit warm. 
 

In fair weather though they are outstanding golf trousers.
