PING i210 replacement when?

FWIW, I paired mine with some P770 long irons and love the mixed set. Just gotta figure out where you cut the set off

I have played P770 and find the i210 long irons easier to hit personally.    I generally miss towards the toe and the i210 seems to be more forgiving with that particular shot.

Replacement coming this summer. Book it.

Really want to grab a set of I210’s but really curious to see what replaces it.   I’m guessing the looks will be very similar to the Glide 4.0 wedges, maybe with a tungsten toe screw.

I have 100% confirmation that the i230 will be released in fall.

If it’s a fall release, that does me no good as my season will be over shortly after they come out.  Or I can order them in the fall and hopefully Ping can get them to me by the following spring 🤣

It’s coming up on 1 year when I placed an order for i210’s that was, ultimately, never fulfilled.  Promises broken and delays for months.

I am really hoping that Ping is done screwing the pooch and will get back on track with its I series this summer / fall.

I'm hoping the same, i210 was their bread and butter. I liked the i210s when I tried demos over the years but never bought since i wasn't in the market at the time. I've demoed the i59 and i525 and haven't liked either. They certainly have some stiff competition now, particularly the mp 223 and t100 series for me. After trying those I really do like the smaller profile and better turf interaction from what I'm used to.

I just wish ping would release these sooner than later!

There is some highly educated ping followers on here. They made comments that things would be out in January and it didn’t pan out. I don’t think there info was off. Just ping was struggling more then originally thought. It is Hard for me to believe that Ping is happy about having one their best irons ever, not able to be sold freely.

i know there is a lot of Ping fans on here. I’m not sure why. They charge a lot. There lead times are not great. That being said, the i210 iron is the best of both worlds. It can be used by pros and amateures. Look decent, feels good, and can last you a long time. They have to be in rough shape as a company, not to get them out sooner.

T100 is absolute money!!! I played i210s all of last year but they fell short .....literally......very steady but not the most versatile iron......T100 while smaller eats through turf like a hot knife through butter

T100 is small.

Funny thing is this is true and intimidated the heck out of me ......at first but when I reassessed the actual size , the long irons are progressively bigger .......even bigger than me intermediate set p760 in the long irons....... obviously smaller than i210 in long irons but with a few strikes, you'll grow to love them !!!

I was playing srixon 785 irons. They weren’t tiny nor were they big. I got fitted for miura 301. I bent the offset out. I decided I’m going to avoid the super small clubs. I want the game to be easier not harder.

Had Z785.....wish I still did.......I'm playing for the enjoyment and lower scoring and I just find the T100 to fill that bill......not saying i210s weren't satisfying....they were but only to an extent......I don't play far enough back where I need to hit a ton of longer irons......so short iron versatility is more prevalent for my game.

I switched to a much lighter shaft in graphite. I took my srixon out the other day. Hard to enjoy them. With a shaft that is 20 grams heavier

Small but incredibly forgiving, more forgiving than most if not all in that category

From an MOI standpoint, the I210 and ‘22 T100 are really close.  Pretty amazing how Titleist packed that into such a compact package.

Went to get fit at Club Champion in January 2021 ended up in the T100 (2019). I was gaming the i200 and wanted to just stick with PING but also didn’t want to just get the i210’s just for the new gen i’s to come out.

and then the new T100’s got released just a few months after my fitting. And we are still waiting for i210 upgrade. Though I love my 2019 T100’s still got screwed with the next gen being released so soon after lol.

I may or may not have had one of the last orders of i210's that was sent out. That said, I have a set that I've been eyeing for the future, and it's not Ping.

I can't stand the way they build things. We ordered some clubs for my mother a few years ago, and when I redid the grips for her, there were a whole host of problems hidden under there that I sometimes wish I'd never found out.
