Really nice looking releases I think. I hope Cobra does really well! I love their commitment to One Length and new ideas. I just posted saying I was glad I wasn't in love with the LTDx Irons and glad I went Radspeed but they already look better in the in hand pictures than I expected. Cool stuff.

Just ordered the X (non LS) version after thinking for sure I'd be ordering the LS...the forgiveness factor for me definitely weighed-in. I saw Dufner just put the LTDx (non LS) version into play and had great things to say about it's forgiveness and performance. I too was hoping for a Ventus option, but went with the HZRDUS Smoke IM10 60...they're the real-deal versions too (not the made-for versions), which is cool. I'll see how it stacks up vs. my current gamer which I love, the TM SIM2 Max

They need to publish where weighting is in that ltdxls.

 

There's the 19g pwrcor thing and 12g of adjustable weight upfront. That's a ton 9f weight forward. Reviews aren't showing that weight to produce wildly offline shots unless the reviewers are deleting shots. But without knowing where CoG is, that driver is setup for bombs but also a lot of sidespin.

As I said in the YT comments, I think they should have not put out any content at all since the merger/but out and just waited until this stuff came out and started up fresh.  It just shows the difference in that you have a more engaging person/presenter on screen than random stuff (albeit related on topic) being put out with a sort of lack in feel and delivery.

 

While end of the day business isn't going to change, and they will continue with what they want to do, unless things change, there will be a serious drop in viewership to the point of 'why even bother' being said.

Definitely seems that way. The Stealth reviews seem kind of lukewarm overall and not much better performance over the SIM2

I hit the stealth+ on Monday and it couldn't knock out my OG Sim or my LTD Pro numbers wise.

 

 LTDx LS should be interesting...

The reviews all seem the same to me. Only 1 cobra review with a comparison to old (shiels) and that was the f9.

 

Until we start seeing more head to heads of new drivers against each other, there's no real comparison you can do. It's interesting to me that the ltdxls has been a better performer (dispersion) than the ltdx.

 

Crossfield did stealth and cobra reviews the same day (you can hear the smoke alarm beep in both videos). I did find it humorous that his stealth video had no tuning but he quickly tuned to hosel on the cobra...

 

I'm going to recheck shiels. If he did the reviews the same day then we may have some gleaning type comparison.

They obviously consolidated the highest moi head (xb) from 2021 with the draw biased head (xd) to make  the LTDx-max.  It seemed to me that the XB was pretty popular so maybe the XD lagged behind in sales.  The Cobra website also says that the draw function on the hosel gives 7 yards of draw bias, and I don't recall seeing this number published before.  Anyway, I think this line of 3 drivers should cover what most people need.

Was there a noticeable difference in forgiveness between the LTDx & THE LTDx LS? I leaned toward the bit of forgiveness of the x model, although I'm sure I can change the order if needed. The reviews I saw, the X and the LS numbers were very close to each other

I didnt notice it. Not alot in it. I think the LS has potential to be a bit longer, maybe 1 mph balls speed and 2-300 revs less, so it just depends on your fit.

They've been a top notch performer for a while now. I think there was some separation with sim. They are the 3rd best driver producer behind tm and callaway. I would say they are better than ping. 

 

But they would be a bit of a blind draw because I'm not giving up my gamer shaft so I'd have to trust the driver would work with my gamer shaft and no real moveable weight tech. I'm tempted to demo cobra just because they now offer some level of heel/toe mwt.

I didnt like speedzone or rad speed. Just didnt like feel or get along with them. F9 was ok. It will be in the back of my mind if the stealth doesnt work out.
