I agree 100%.  Most people who have ordered the new Cally or TM driver will not even look twice at this driver now (outside of club ho’s of course).  If they offer a 7.5 head, I’ll buy one for sure to mess around with.

To me, they seem to have lost their direction a bit after the F9 release which was amazing. Both Speedzone and Radspeed were lackluster for me. Then you factor in the whole Rev33 fiasco...

They are killing me with the forged tec iron release. The irons look really good but don't want to wait till March.

If it’s good, it won’t matter.  I caught that true spec video while it was up.  The guys said the X led in a number of categories in their player performance testing…whatever that means. 
 

If the big dog eats, no one will care about launch dates ambiguity. 
 

My $0.02 - but I’ll disclose i like the Radspeed and loved the original LTD.

You and I have posted this comment several times since the Stealth release.  I’m still baffled by their decision this year to follow TM and Cally.  Heck even Mizuno snuck something in on Friday with the 220 wood release and the never do that! 
 

i am looking forward to seeing the Ltd fairway since I was a huge fan and former owner go through King Ltd, the longest fairway wood  I have ever had.

Agreed!  Looking forward to seeing full specs on everything.  Hopefully we are only a day or two out from that.

I've never had a Callaway or Taylormade driver work for me, so I'm fortunately in the company that's ok with waiting on the Cobra release! Looking forward to seeing pricing and details!

I don’t think the release date timing matters as much as some in this thread think. Sure, there’s the GolfWRX segment that buys and sells two new drivers before Valentine’s Day, but your average golfer probably isn’t thinking about new clubs for a few more months. If it performs, it will sell, especially if it comes at a lower price point than competitors.

Irons don’t come out till March!?!? Why wait so long into the new year. I’m holding off my new fitting till they come out. Bummer.

Recently got one to check out. Played the Wishon EQ1-NX hybrids last year and really liked them but I may be making the switch. Haven't got to hit much yet and was pretty rusty when I did but the Radspeed 4 hybrid was actually the one club playing nice for the most part even even I was off so I'm hopeful. Will hopefully be in a better golf place in a few weeks and get some time/weather to get some swings in.

The King LTD was legit!  I’m just hoping this is a noticeable improvement on both the driver and 3 wood from the previous LTD🙏.  If so my credit card will be waiting.  Bryson hitting the LTD earlier this year shows how good it was and still is.

The matt crown version looks very good again this season, I just hope the LTD X also has that crown as an option.

 

With this crown accent color, it's like the head was made to be paired with a Fuji Motore X.

You should see the taylormade bay at Edwin watts in orlando... 

 

Word about stealth is already out and spreading. Tiger playing it at the pnc was huge.

I liked it in the past when all the companies would roll out the new stuff at the PGA show.  All this embargo date stuff is just confusing.

 

That said I will probably buy a new driver from them.
