I have heard this froma couple different people in terms of BS and the Stealth (non plus) version. These gains seem impossible to me though... Glad top hear it...

Strictly speaking, I believe the tip/ sleeve weight needs including, maybe c 5grams. Perhaps someone more knowledgable may confirm for you. Thanks

No, havent heard of any yet. Someone on the other thread says they got notification theirs will arrive tuesday. I keep checking mine, its still pending.

No they don’t. 196/197 is normal weight

It seems that orders direct through TM will ship on 2/4 or be delivered on 2/4.

 

Seems pre-orders through retailers are shipping early.

My Stealth Plus weighed 197g’s (including sleeve and back weight/screw).

So the questions I have is pairing this with the XX Autoflex shaft.  Autoflex recommends a D0-D2 swing weight.  XX shaft 57 grams and Plus head 197.  How is it possible to get the swing weight that low?

 

Going to do more testing this week with this combo at our local shop.  Trying to figure out if this combo is worth it.  Average swing speed with GD XS 70 gram shaft was 113.  The swing speed with the Autoflex was around 116.  The dispersion with the AF seemed to be better.

Well, depends on playing length, but you can buy a lighter aftermarket slider weight, probably easiest way.

Presumably these recent heads are so light to cope with the playing length of 45.5” I think the specs state.

Depends on what you prefer.  Stock swingweight is approximately D5 @ 46.75”. Going down to 45” would bring it to D1 ish. D1 is fine if you like D1…

My ventus black velocore 7x  measure’s 45” with grip, tip and no stealth head installed. I wonder what the overall length and swing weight will be after I install a new stealth + head. Do you have any estimates?

Ok now thats different. I misunderstood you. 45” tip to grip will play anout 46 1/4” and would be like d7-d8 range.

I talked to TM today and they said the Drivers will be shipped this week to be delivered on the 4th or just after that.  The rep I talked to said they have a whole bunch boxed and ready for pickup by FedEx.

I’m a little late to the party but I hit this and the rogue line yesterday. I played the Sim 2 last year but absolutely hated the stealth. Sound and feel were awful imo, it was more difficult to tell where my misses were. Stealth + ball speed was a few mph below the Rogue 3D as well. Hit both with the Ventus Black 70X for reference.

 

Currently waiting to hit the Cobra, neither were good enough for me to ditch my current Speed 3D.
