The 2018 Mizuno CLK but too bad I traded it in before my swing has developed to where it is at now. There is a 4 at my pro shop and I'd buy it if Mizuno would ever reduce the dang price!

I haven’t hit the Ping g410 or g425 with anything but the stock shaft off the rack, but Titleist TSi2 hybrid is very good. It was super consistent and retained ball speed really well.

I have had them both. My G410 head came off the day before a tournament. There was a 48 hour turnaround time to return it, so I treated myself to a G425 to replace it. After a month I sold it and got my G410 repaired.  Similar to the G425 Max driver, I wanted to love it but got better results from the G410.

Also here to say Tour Edge Exotics. The EXS 220 is a little bigger in headsize and absolutely confidence-instilling. Easiest clubs in the bag for me.
Have the 19* and 22* and both are automatic.

Do you work there? You sure advertise them quite a bit lately 🤔

Work there? lol

I'm in Canada. Just a VERY happy customer. The clubs have changed my long game.

The Philosophy flat out works, you don't have to buy The Perfect Clubs, you can build something similar using Wishon EQ-1 hybrids  or hybrids from Thomas Golf...

Basically...

1/ Shorter length (same as the corresponding iron it's replacing)

2/ Bigger diameter shaft... .37... lower torgue

3/ Heavier swing weight... D3 (most hybrids like Ping are D0/D1)

4/ More upright lie angle than a hybrid or FW (same as the corresponding iron)

4/ Fairway Wood style head with weight really low... anti left... gets the ball up really quickly.

It's similar to the Cobra Baffler concept:
"The new Baffler is designed to promote the high launch angle, forgiveness and distance of a fairway metal with the playability and control of an iron."

What makes The Perfect Clubs different is the sole design. I use the Ping G410 5w from the fairways and it's amazing but the head design works better from a fairway lie than a rough lie. The shape of the PCs make them ideal from both fairway and rough (and fairway bunkers).

The one knock against the PCs is they have offset which some people don't like. I think the company should make an offset and a neutral version. They should probably also change the name because it's associated with clubs that were sold using infomercials 20 years ago which give them a bad rep. Peter Kessler days.

The concept is sound and if you meet anyone on the course playing their clubs, they are always  their favorites in the bag.

Where the hybrid concept fails is most manufacturers make them much longer than corresponding irons; most golfers I play with on the course aren't even very consistent with modern hybrids. They should be iron replacements for the 90% of golfers that can't hit a 21* or 24* long irons. Heck, most golfers can't hit a 27* iron consistently.

Although they no longer carry the driver. That concept is brilliant too... 43 inches, 10.5 to 11.5* loft, heavier swing weight.  Most golfers would cut their dispersion in half and probably wouldn't lose any distance over 100 balls hit because centerness of strike would improve.  I currently play a 44.5" driver only because I can't find a driver I like in the market which I can build to 43" and still maintain proper SW and lie angle.
