Doubtful based upon the “Live” session by TXG with Titleist.  The current hosel adapter from Titleist is one of the best around in my opinion.

Titleist adapter has a lot of adjustability which I give them credit for.  Downside is the settings are not intuitive and shaft/grip orientation changes when you make adjustments.  

 

On another note Ive spoken to a few who've test and been fit for the new TSr line.  They all liked the new line but said they saw more "change" in fairway woods than drivers.

As in more improvement, or as in you get some change back from $1,000?

Why wouldn't you just order a stock TSR and rock the shaft you've already got in your TSi?

I was looking at moving to a Ventus black in a new TSR model, currently gaming a 915D3 with a Fujikura Rombax 7z08, but just seen the new Ventus TR line and really wanna get one of those instead as someone who doesnt like to feel much kick from a shaft.

No.. I missed the rep by an hour... had all 3 heads with him 😞   

 

I did order the 1k Black with mine though.. but didn't see the entire list.. sorry

 

I was told Tensei 1k black and RDX black...Tensei blue, and HZRDUS red.

 

Also was told the GD AD IZ and UB are a $200 upcharge..

 

My buddy at the store hit all 3 yesterday.  He has never been a Titleist guy but will playing the new TSR2.  He said the entire line was impressive.. best ball speed with the 4.. most consistent with the 2..

I don't know if this is a rhetorical question, but as a new product release (new driver/wood line), do you suspect the typical long LT from Titleist or did you hear that they are somewhat prepared to turn around these drivers/woods quicker?

Of course they will get priority in production.

Man I hope this is true about the UB. It’s an incredible fairway wood shaft for me. If I can get the UB for a $200 upcharge, I’ll be doing a 13, 16.5 and 18, and a 21 if they make them for lefties.

Saw Lou stagner on Twitter stuck with traditional mix of  tsr3 driver and tsr2 fairways, all with UB

Yes a bigger change or ability to change in the fairway woods compared to the Tsi line.  They also said drivers are good but fairway woods is where they saw gains.

I'm assuming gains in distance/speed? Or ability to alter the fairway wood models to be more versatile per someones preference?

That's what I'm doing.  But I'm sure there is an even better shaft out there for me.  Titleist reps never get that in depth ... they always push the stock offerings.

This is true.  Unfortunately from what I've heard thru my Titleist guy is that they went away with the smaller, classic pear size
