i don’t love poly inserts.  That’s the only thing keeping me from picking up the current double wide versa

I still don't understand how Odyssey hasnt released a Toulon (or one of these new AI things) version on their Ten line. The 2 ball ten is one of the best putters I've ever owned, but I would love one with a metal/milled face and they seem to be 100% against making this....why?

I feel like it’s been forever since we got a milled Odyssey. I’m pumped!

The naming on the milled line is confusing to the consumer who has known anything related to their Toulon lineup. Calling the Las Vegas a Seven T now and having a true Seven in the Odyssey insert line up seems rushed imo. I'm wondering if earlier production plates had Toulon on them, and when Sean left they put Odyssey on them and had someone quickly change the model names.

These are super cool, but people have been swapping their odyssey inserts for ages now with aftermarket ones. Hopefully these have some performance/feel benefits over those.

A SIX T Milled has me very, very interested. If these release and are cheaper than a Scotty, and if they roll as good as they look, I can see Scotty losing a lot of market share. Offering both a poly and copper insert is smart. Choice of something softer or firmer for everyone.

Rossie lost 2 toplines this go around. Maybe in 7-10 years time, the retail version will finally be down to one alignment line. In all seriousness, it actually looks pretty good and easy to align with that combo of topline and flange lines.

Probably too expensive to fully mill a shape like that. Much easier and cheaper to cast the head and toss in an insert. 

 

Remember their bottom line is their biggest goal at the end of the day as much as they say customer wants.

You're right, but there's a lot of benefit for it being off the shelf/still warrantied.

 

I've been trying to get SpryEvo to make me a couple inserts since August, but I have to hound them to even get a response. So going aftermarket is proving to be a PITA while I have two putters that are out of commission indefinitely.

Don't like the shaping at all on this #2. The neck placement is weird. And the shoulder weight distribution is off, ain't no way the COG is centered on this. Unless the heel weight is aluminum and the toe weight is 40-gram tungsten or something.

you know the copper insert is one model of putters and the silver is a different model of putters right?!

I would agree, but there's an Eleven in there and that's roughly the same size, no?
