This looks awesome. Hoping for some additional colorways soon. Doesn’t say but wish it had the weight. Looks like it’s got to be substantially heavier than a normal Hoofer?

This it is a Tour inspired bag and the Ping Tour Bags are white with black scripts. I think this is it for available Colorways. I think it looks great!

Anyone know of a way to remove that side panel and the ball pouch panel and have it embroidered? Will ping do it?

EDIT: Just called ping and they said they could do it

Confirmed with Ping that it weighs 7 pounds. What do y'all think about that for someone who mostly walks? Too heavy to carry?

That bag is awesome!!  I ordered one as I like to drink the Kool-Aid.

The question will be how much crap are you going to put in it vs being worried about the 7lbs weight.

I have noticed this might be a trend on tour!? Seems a few players are dumping their huge/heavy tour bags for these smaller tour bags with legs!? Bet their caddies love this switch?!

    In the bag:

    Demoing for 2020.

    Super Bowl LII Champions
    Fly Eagles Fly!

Makes all sorts of sense when you think about it. As a player, I'd want my caddy to be as fresh as possible. As a golf company, I'd prefer the bags I sell to my actual everyday customers is on the screen. I guess the only rub would be if you had a sponsor for your bag that was paying you big bucks.

For someone who enjoys to carry and play I just don’t see the point of it, 7 lbs is a heavy bag to lug around. It’s a cool looking bag, but it’s designed for tour players who have caddies carrying the bag for them. Why wear yourself down for something that really adds no benefit over the base Hoofer for the average recreational/amateur player?

Novelty. The Ping Hoofer is 5.65 lbs. An extra 2.35 lbs is not a showstopper.

2 pounds over 18 holes is a significant difference. I like this bag a lot but would not buy it to walk. Heck, my Mizuno weighs 2.7 pounds, and I can tell a big diff between that and my Nike bag that weighs 4.6, but I walk 100 rounds a year.

7 extra pounds is like carrying 21 Clubs. Nice bag but better on a push cart.

My Hoofer Tour arrived over the weekend. It's not for carrying in my opinion. As someone who doesn't like using a cart bag I think I'll be using this as my push cart and travel bag for when I know I'm going to be riding. I'll stick with either my L8 or four series for my carrying rounds.

Does anyone have reviews or photos of the Hoofer Tour either at home or on the course?
