How many golf shirts do you have?

I now run the "One In One Out" rule. Every time I get a new shirt, regardless of how or why, I pull and donate one of the "original 75."

A lot. Though I've recently had an issue with some older Callaway shirts. The rubber tag inside the shirts is disintegrating/melting. I didn't realize it until I tried to take one of the shirts off and it ripped the hair out of my neck and left a rubber tattoo.

That's CRAZY, I just had the same thing happen to me. I had I not worn that X series shirt for three months. It made a mess all over my neck and fingers. Too Funny!!!

I would suggest calling Callaway to see if they will provide a gift card for a replacement. I got the big run around when I contacted their customer service group. First they referred me to their apparel group which turns out is actually Perry Ellis, who has the license to produce their apparel. I spoke to 2 people there who said they did not produce the shirt and referred me back to Callaway. After speaking with 2 more people there they asked me to send the 5 shirts back to them and after evaluating the shirts "May" send me a gift card that would cover a portion of these shirts.

Most of them don't last very long i know that. Some of these "performance materials" shrink, discolor, and lose their shape after one wear/wash. So it's easy to see how guys end up with 50+ shirts.

i try not to buy golf shirts every time i see it.

sometimes you find those random Jack Nicklaus shirts for so cheap, its hard to walk away from.

Just came across my old post from 7 years ago. I'm now up to 55 short sleeve golf shirts now and have no golf shirt older than 2018. Probably 45 are worn for golf, 10 are older, more worn ones that have been downgraded to around-the-house wearing. Performance fabric shirts from the better brands seem to last longer now than they did 10+ years ago before they get faded, frayed, pilled, or permanently smelly.

Just donated 12 short sleeve golf polo shirts to the VA bringing my count down to 114. All sorted by color. Been getting some nice unique ones from Waggle Golf the past few weeks.

Probably 15-20 that I actually wear and another 30-40 that I don't.  I did make myself donate at least 50 during the pandemic so the closet isn't quite as packed.

I have about 40 or so.  Working from home and wearing mostly dress shirts for zoom calls, I have never even worn 6-7 Scotty Cameron shirts I bought last year.  I guess that is what vacation and golf trips are for…

I had a too many until I lost weight.  Went from an XL to a L and now in M.  It's been an expensive weight loss journey but well worth it!

I have 35, mostly under armour from 2019 to present, I just donated about 10 or so older shirts last month. Seems like a lot, but then I read guys with 100 on here. Lol.

Every shirt is a golf shirt if you aren't a p***y. But seriously, I have 5 shirts that are made by golf apparel companies that I were at nicer places. But I'm usually in a t-shirt that may or may not be offensive.
