Things that bug me while watching pro golf.

Anything to do with Jordan Spieth

or anything with his caddie boy

The endless homage to ' Mr.Hogan' ... The guy was strange and a jerk

Ian Baker Duck Hook saying ' great effort ' on a missed 4 footer ... or just him saying anything

Morning Drive cast of fools especially the Brit chick and that Paige trying to talk golf ... DiMarco can go away again too

Jack/Arnie thing can be done , we get it no one cares anymore

Anything to do with John Daly .. He is gross

Paul Casey ... and Peter Kostis endless cheerleading/then excuse making for this underachiever

Zach Johnson ... dude is annoying

I don't disagree with much of the list, but Paige could absolutely work almost all of the posters on this board when she was 17 years old. To suggest that she can't talk golf is uneducated at best. She can.

She can. She just doesn't for some reason.

How about "that's a great golf shot" Like duh, what other kind of shot would it be. And the ball is going to break to the players right, no I thought its was going to break to my right.

You realize that's not a LITERAL statement, right? It's as if some of you guys don't understand hyperbole.

The commercials featuring Phil or Kuchar.

No one in their right mind would wear Sketchers golf shoes. Except for Pete Kuchar who is often seen sporting them at tournaments.

Why? 'cause they are free.

Phil / Greenbrier: I can see it now - West Coast Phil in West Virginia.

Give me a break.

I have three pair of the Skecher Go Pros. Love 'em!! LOL

You actually wear that shoe and find it comfortable? I walk with a guy that got a pair, they lasted six months. Man was he pi$$ed, But, I suppose having 3 pairs, you're able to rotate in the other two.

The number of times they state the wrong club being used. Like Spieth on 18 in regulation. There was no way in f*** he was hitting a LW from 116 even downwind. And then especially when he made a 3/4 swing. Granted he was very short but still. At least they corrected themselves shortly thereafter, but they typically don't correct themselves. :)

Can't we just get to know the actual clubs used and ball flight so we can learn something? Distance carry roll. Don't they have a trackman range? Sure they can set it up for a course. That plus using game golf to ID the clubs. Show the lie, what club they took, three quarter punch shot whatever. That part is the hardest I guess.

The post shot neck tilt move, and those dental implants.

And, iron your darn shirt.

Agreed, solid player but he also chunks/thins 2 shots a round, very weird. Guess it's the short armsy swing.

Using the term "chase" to mean run. It's a ball. It doesn't chase. It rolls.

"Well-judged." Who gives a sht? I can judge the **** outta stuff. A lot of people can.

I want to see them execute.

Also, Zach Johson's swing.. I can't look at it. And now this Berger guy.

Worst part is Berger seems to be the real deal, so I'll probably have to not look at that godawful

swing for a good time to come.

Jordan Spieth's swing

Well, look on the bright side.

You only have to watch it for another 25 years ; )

blogger-image--125484718.jpg

lol so bad. Look at that left arm!

Just no integrity

And to the poster who comes with the inevitable "would you rather have his swing and 900 million, or a nice swing and nothing?"

I'll take option B), thanks.

Got to agree with this. The caveat being that Berger could probably beat me at golf whilst blindfolded, but......it really is a horrible swing to watch. Effective but ugly.

The talk of "choking" and "pressure" is so overdone. Yawn.

Really? Have you ever competed at a higher level than the local HS scramble fundraiser event?

Hell, have you ever played sports? Pressure is the real deal at that stage and absolutely impacts ability to execute.

Nowhere did I say there wasn't pressure. You made a strawman arguement and assumed a lot of things about me in the process.

There is pressure in all sports at all levels. I don't need an announcer throughout the world series talking about pressure and choking. Faldo and Miller totally overdo it.

Dottie Pepper. She looked awful yesterday, sounded worse. Her commentary is suitable for fishing, maybe.

She looks rough, last week it looked like she was caught up in a hurricane.

Rode hard and put away wet. Maybe just dehydrated? Lots of age spots, too. At one point of the coverage she made this long pause. It seemed like 20 seconds, luckily Baker-Finch rescued the moment with a question. She may have been in the port-a-john.

Baker-Finch is a good guy - does a respectful job.

the only thing that annoys me is that they never lose balls even if they blast them in the thickest of rough. i lose balls that i think hit the fairway at times.
