TSi4 news?!

@TheMoneyShot not really, the customer was standing there waiting for me to give him his stuff but I did set it down and it looked great. Maybe smoother all around, kind of like the TS3 vs TSi3 around the toe area, if that makes sense.

Anyone see that MGS jumped the gun with the TSi 4 and TSi1 announcement?  I see they pulled it down now.  Wish I could remember more specifics.  Looks like there will be a TSi 4 (430CC) and a TSi1, which we all knew, but they will also be releasing a TSi1 fairway also.  I guess I hadn't heard that news yet.  Sorry if it's old news.  Also just in, the Beatles broke up...

Never heard of these Beatles or MGS.  Good info on the TSi1 fairway.

Curious who fits into this, seems like Richie and Adam Scott were using the TSi4 head but a more active shaft to get the spin. I'm a high spin player and thought the TSi3 did a great job dropping that spin down. 

 

I think if I tried a TSi4 with a black Ventus I'd fly it about 100 yards and watch it dive straight into the ground.

Yep.. I've always been a high spin guy too and have really liked the 915D4 and TS4. I agree with you, the TSI3 seems to keep the spin down so I'm really anxious to hit the TSI4...

Local shop got their TSi4 in today along with new TSi hybrids.  The 4 looks great and I would say it’s quite a bit more forgiving than the ts4.  Only coming in 9* at this point from what I hear.

Tsi1 was on my shops rack today when I went in.  But no tsi4.

I've been hitting TSi3 now few hours in simulator, spin more to 3000's than 2000's. Maybe TSi4 would be my club, if its low spinner compared to TSi3.

I heard in the TXG podcast yesterday that they had the Tsi4 head in but Ian kinda moved past it pretty quick, like he didn’t want to discuss it. I believe he also said it was a left hand, so that might mean it’ll be released in both Rh and LH. Probably old news but oh well. I’m loving my TSi3!

Well I got a good look at the TSI4 today.  I have to admit I'm a little bummed out.  I really did not like the shape of it like I was hoping too. I wish I had my TS4 with me to compare but they look similar.  Was expecting it to be a little deeper face than my TSi3 but it was not, almost looks more shallow. The face is much shorter than the TSi3 as well.  I took a few pics but did not hit it.  The simulator was booked up and they had a Cobra demo day going, as well, so the back bays were full.  I'll eventually hit it, but as of now the TSi3 is not threatened at all.  I added the side by side pics for comparison with the TSi3...

I’ve spent some time with the tsi4 on a foresight quad.  I’d would say it is very similar to the tsi3 with slightly lower launch and lower spin by 100-200 rpm.  I did prefer the feel of the tsi4.

Supposed to be coming in 8, 9 and 10 degrees in both right and left hand per the USGA conforming driver head list.

Way better (for me at least).  I never got along with the ts4.  It didn’t feel very good to me so I never gave it much of a chance.

Is the TSi3 much deeper (taller) than the TS3?  Looking at the other photos above, the TSi4 looks similar in height to the TS3.

 

Will probably get a TSi4 just because I've always liked this model/version.  Not sure if it is really any better or worse for me at this point though.

Oh that is pretty. I don’t really need what this head offers but I’ll still compare it with the TSi3.

I was in my local GG over the weekend. The TSi4 will be launched before the end of Feb, I think he said the 26th.

It's wild to see the size difference, I really was hoping it was a shorter front to back with a deeper face. Oh well, I'll continue to get my tsi3 dialed

 I'm guessing its 430 like the previous, based on the photos no larger than 440 though.
