Although the question was 'inspired by real events', it wasn't really meant to apply to any particular player, but anyone in general who missed a short putt that would have won them the tournament.

I'll have to answer A. I want to see that guy redeem himself, but it's 100% situation dependent. 

 

This specific instance was tough. I think most people like Finau and want to see him win. Its a shame he's had so many top 10's and top 5's without a win recently, so I was pulling for him most of the day. 

 

On the other hand, Max had a great story as well, and I was gutted watching that putt lip out. At the end of the day, I would have been happy with either of those guys winning it.

I (wrongly) assumed Finau had all the momentum on his side, especially after Homa's horrible lie on 10.

 

But I was wrong...Homa sucked it up and won anyway.

Totally depends on who’s in the playoff. I was pulling for Tony. Nothing to do with Max or missing a put. Max is easy to root for, so I wasn’t too upset with the outcome.

Totally depends on the player. If PReed missed a 3 footer and went into a playoff, there is no chance that I am rooting for him. If Justin Thomas did the same, then I am still rooting for him. Such a subjective thing based on who you like to watch and don’t.

Mother in law makes killer manicotti and lasagne, makes the pasta from scratch and everything.

 

The manicotti is light and perfect as a primi before a meat course. But I can’t imagine lasagna as primi and then eating and entire meat course. I mean, I could, lol, but that would be something ; )
