I really liked the SIK head. I had a chance to have one at a steal and missed it.. Should have gotten it when I could.

It's a great head for sure. I have one with Stability Tour I am battling with my Operator. Both so dang stable and great feel, the SIK has a more dense feel to it, the Operator is a little hotter off the face. Going to be a tough decision.

I wonder what headweight he's playing it. That head is standard at like 415g. I emailed sik last year asking if I could get one around 355g and they said no. If they got him one in a light setup then I'm gonna be ticked...🤣

no, not overly so.. I think they are in the 350'ish range but I would have to check.

The mallet head is 400g+

Thanks. I didnt remember it being or feeling that heavy. I was totally guessing. That is a bit of a beast lol.. But not terrible.

I would own one had they offered the mallet at 350g. I love the look of it. It appears that it's balanced well and stable.

 

But I love my operator

Jason day has stopped appearing in taylormades video posts on youtube about new clubs or tips... i think he is on his way out from taylormade possibly? Also... in one video before he stopped appearing it appeared that dude that thinks he owns taylormade in the videos got testy at jason so jason was kinda annoyed... tottaly agree with jason on that one. It was the putting tips video...  talking about drills.

Day is no longer under contract with TaylorMade as of the beginning of this year. That's why he is no longer in their marketing videos.

Sik makes a "mini Flo" which is roughly 370g. I reached out to them on their gram and they put me in contact with someone who is checking final prices for me. I haven't seen pics yet but I'm hoping some will be sent over!

When I think JDay putter, the red Spider instantly comes to mind. Cool that it was a homage to the Australian Redback spider. That was a sweet looking putter. Sik and LA Golf shaft reminds me of… 🤔 It will come to me! 😂

This guy was a great golfer. That run he went on was something else. It was Tigeresque for a brief period.

 

He appears to have lost his way. He was deadly with the Spider. I guess the back injuries got him in the end. It’s a shame.

Tigeresque? really...what did J.Day win that came even remotely close to some of the winning streaks that Tiger has had in his career? that might be one of the biggest over reaches ever....

I have the flo (double bend) it's super stable, and yes it's quite heavy but I like it!

I don't see any alignment lines but can't be sure. Anyone know?

alignment is on the top line.  I have a flo plumbers w/ LA with alignment on the top line.  It was interesting because I asked them why they didn't offer a combination of both top line and back flange like in the past.  They said that it was actually messing up alignment and caused some visual miscues so they don't recommend people to do that.  

 

The flo is heavy but extremely stable.  I have some challenges on longer lag putts but i dont think i have practiced with it enough.  I am currently gaming scotty x5.5 but always debate going back to the flo because it is just so stable.

I just got a custom Flo C with a sight dot and two lines on the flange. LOVE this set up. Best putter ive had by far

That's a beaut. Good to know they could accommodate custom requests like that. What is the footprint of the flo c? Similar to a spider or las vegas in size? I heard they're going to be releasing a mini flo c so I'm on the fence whether to wait for that or not.

its not a very large putter. obviously the flange is kind of extreme, but if you look at just the blade portion of the putter its relatively small.
