Watching Morikawa putt is like watching a live action anxiety dream.

It really is. I don’t understand why he gave up on putting so young.  I mean let’s me honest. The claw is after all else fails right ?  He’s too young to give up.

I really enjoy watching golf, but this is incredibly boring.

I agree. I’m the type that will watch any golf I can find on.  Sometimes in other languages , And like it. And this is hard to watch.

I was able to get these when they 1st dropped on the Nike app… I put them on, walked around the house a bit in ‘em and decided they just weren’t for me. Threw them on eBay that day and doubled my money! 🙌🏼

Looks like something Herman Munster would wear

Anyone who uses the claw believes, as they stare at the ceiling in the middle of the night, that they are a terrible putter. I will never be convinced otherwise.

I've not actually seen much of Torrey Pines before and I'm struggling to see what all the fuss is about.

Take away the sea views and it would be very, well, ordinary.

OK flame away...

I'd say you're in the majority here, don't expect much flaming. I just enjoy it for what it is I guess, I'm weird.

Wrong thread bro.

You got any Jordans?

🤣🤣

Kidding, I enjoy the course, maybe cause you can’t ignore the views?

US Open

You can feel the sheer intensity and anxiety brewing.

Masters gets the fans

But US Open da Super Bowl!

Leave the fancy stuff at the door and get ready for smash mouth defense!

It has 2 main claims to fame:

1. It is one of the relatively few public/muni courses to host a US Open

2. The first and only other time it served as host, Woods won in remarkable fashion.

The design and architecture is without major flaws, but it is also without any truly memorable features other than the cliffside location. I suspect we may not be seeing it in the USGA rota again any time soon.

I knew Jordans sold for ridiculous prices, but I was unaware there was a whole subculture about various high-end supposed athletic shoes. There were among the most bizarre I stumbled across, designed by Kanye West. I believe they are around $1K/pair.

Go to GOAT or StockX. The sneakerhead resale world is a billion dollar industry. Couple examples.

What were people saying last year about Harding Park? I’ve played it several times because my son loves it. I personally find in unmemorable. I’ll take Rivera over it any day because of the ocean views.

I would watch the absolute **** out of a featured grouping of Cameron Young and Wilco Nienaber (and Guido Migliozzi) and I have seen one shot from Wilco today. An 8 foot putt. Gee thanks guys. Longest player in the field with a swing to die for and we don’t ever get to see it. Useless

I’m a pretty big watcher of professional golf and hadn’t heard of Mr. Kneebender until last week. And haven’t heard of Cameron Young. Probably has something to do with it I’d guess. But no doubt it’s fun to watch Kneebender drive the ball.

*and yes, I realize I’m spelling his name incorrectly.

Cameron Young won back to back on the KFT a couple of weeks ago. Also bombs it.

Oh gotcha. Guilty of having watched only a total of ~55 min of the KFT. I should have said  I am a pretty big watcher of the PGA tour. Keep in mind this is being broadcast on GC and NBC. So it’s all about ratings/money. Therefore featuring players that aren’t contending for the lead that 99.9% of people haven’t heard of, isn’t good for business. Even if they do hit the ball far.

Yep. I agree. Confidence is a must.  Even if it’s delusional at first.
