I’m really getting sick of the announcers pumping how long Bryson drives the ball while he gets out driven by Spieth… yeah if he catches one it’s a rocket but he isn’t as long as everyone says. There are a dozen big hitting players that have much better looking swings than Bryson’s clunky swing-out of your boots hack at the ball.

The coverage on Sky Sports in Germany has been on for almost 11 hours now, and everytime there is supposed to be the insert of a leaderboard, I still see only grandstands, sky and flags.

Bryson using a 5 degree driver ... nothing at 5 degrees is forgiving ... I have the XB which is the most stable driver I’ve ever used ( including every model of ping). Have been a big fan of his but Cobra should drop him after that. Will hurt sales of an excellent club because someone insists on silly specs

That's my boy Rory.  The tire pumpers don't want to admit it but here he goes again.  A clunker of a round to get himself in deep doo.  A good round to make the cut on the number or thereabouts (or a complete MC).  A great third to get in the conversation and then something flat to come up short and finish T15 or something along those lines.

My dad and I went to the UK to catch the 2017 Open (the year Spieth won), and part of that trip was playing 3 other Open courses. Royal St. George's was one of them.

It was far and away the least impressive of the 3 we played (we also played Royal Liverpool and Royal Lytham & St Anne's), and it was certainly the worst experience of the 3 as well (we were treated like an afterthought the entire day).

I wouldn't go so far as to say it's an easy course...there are some crazy wicked tough holes & shots (The stretch of holes from 3-7 pose one heck of a challenge)...but it didn't really blow us away either.

I used to root for him because I like how he pushed the boundries but Good Lord, he is acting like a coward blaming everything.  Hate to think of a generations of young golfers blaming their equipment like Dechambeau does.

Didn't hear it would love to listen to his excuses.  If it's as egregious as it sounds they really should drop him.  Blaming the equipment is so lame.

I don't recall Woods saying his driver sucked and blaming the equipment.....    Maybe I forgot if he did do that.....

Because he got to pick from literally 100 driver heads that were already made for him to get the perfect one. Bryson has been resistant to playing the RAD Speed because they can't get one set up the way he likes it, but Cobra seems to be insisting he play the new model, especially in the majors.
