Have an old Machine / Steelfiber putter shaft in my Kingsto and love it.  Feels awesome but would probably feel the same with steel haha

Speaking of Aldila... if they're not going to release anything new, perhaps they should consider putting some old shafts back in production. I need some VS Proto irons.

I'd be willing to bet this is the new Ping PLD graphite shaft. UST is known to make a lot of Ping's shafts.

Theyve been focusing on the LinQ line lately. I'm testing the new TSPX hybrid, now.

This looks cool. I'm glad to see UST focusing on the new Lin-Q M40x line, they really need to sort out their lines and provide more profile information. Looks like they've headed in this direction with the new Lin-Q stuff.

Saw one of these for the first time yesterday. It has a steel tip but feels really good and very stable.

I managed to get one installed in my cobra agera putter yesterday.   Of course my course aerated yesterday also.   I did get to putt for about 20 minutes on our practice green and it felt very very solid.   Hard to tell how it was rolling on greens that have less than 24 hours to heal but I walked away impressed with the feel.  I’ll try to get to another course tomorrow and see how it rolls.  
 

Coming from a spider with a BGT tour shaft it definitely has more feel than the BGT shaft has.  Again, very limited time with it and obviously a different head and insert.   I’ll report more once I get some time with it and get comfortable with the change.

Not sure I am supposed to divulge that info.  Let’s just say I know a guy who gets some really cool tour stuff.

Any word yet on the price point for these? Hoping it will be reasonable given its inclusion in the new Cleveland Soft Line.

 

I haven't been able to tell for sure, but it looks like Andrew Putnam has one in his Rossie this week at the RSM.

I wonder what the details of the retrofit model are - is it made to be used on current steel shafts and you use your old 6” section? Would be a cool new idea if so and would allow people with OTH shafts in weird sizes to finally move to graphite

From the zoomed in pic, it looks like the the stub (6" or so) of the old putter shaft goes over the nub section of the retrofit version

I figured either that, or that they will offer multiple metal tip sections to choose from but not sure how that would need to be different than the other listed metal tipped product so it makes sense to think its for using the old shaft and cutting it.

 

That will definitely take some club building expertise as I'd imagine whomever is doing the install will need calipers to find a certain part of the current shaft diameter that matches the OD of the retrofit tip - while at the same time hoping the ID matches up 😂

Well at least that's a reasonable price point. Hopefully you can get even get them for a little less than retail. 

 

The putter shaft thing seems to be something that might really take off but they're going to have to get prices reasonable. The average golfer is not buying the $300-$400 putter shafts.

Getting one of these in to go up against my MMT putter shaft.  Thankfully, swapping shafts in a putter is super easy. So, I think I will try to figure out a way to set a baseline with the MMT.  Swap to the All In.  Compare and contrast them a bit.  Can just pull and reinstall back and forth as I go through the process.
