I don't disagree with any of your characterization of Reed, am not a fan, never liked him and certainly understand why Rory did/would give him the cold shoulder. All I was saying is that from the video posted in here saying he "threw a tee" at him is a little exaggerated.

Reed is intent on burning all bridges and seems to think he's some sort of righteous martyr as he does it. The "tee throw" on it's own is no big deal, but why would you go out of your way to try to publicly interact with someone you know doesn't like you, that you are actively suing, and served papers on Christmas eve? Then when Rory doesn't want to talk to him he gets offended and claims Rory was acting like an immature child. He does himself no favors.

 

It's only a matter of time until his LIV compatriots turn on him too (and I suspect most already dislike him privately, given all of his previous nicknames). People don't want to be around this guy. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets dropped in a few years.

I can’t remember any golfer as disliked as Reed. There is no way, under any circumstances, that I would ever shake that guys hand. If I had a chance to play ANGC, but had to play with Reed, I’d pass on the opportunity.

Are patrons allowed to be that bad at Augusta though? I don’t think players will be that different to him, doesn’t have to worry about Rory at the champions dinner

If Reed plays well, there will be silence. If he plays poorly, there will be cheers.

 

As far as the pros, the players/champions will accommodate him, but I doubt anyone (outside liv guys) will give him more than a “hello”
